Easy Ship is an incredible service with very well trained people working to help you fulfill your shipping needs. Personally, I recommend the premium service because you get phone support and the website can be a little tricky but if you didn’t have the phone support you could still use the chat and figure it out but either way I highly recommend them five stars
Complete waste of time. Shipping is literally their business except they are somehow unable to ship things from the US to Canada without royally screwing it up. Use anyone except these clowns
I very much like your service, and the speed and level of customer support received for issues I had with my BackerKit integration. In particular, the shipping rules system is extremely convenient once I got it configured to my satisfaction.
However, there is one wrinkle with the Easyship platform that has caused me an endless amount of tedium. Every time I open a shipment to make standard adjustments (like the type of packaging), the zip code for US addresses imported from BackerKit displays as an error because it is hyphenated (i.e. 12345-6789).
I know that the second half of US zip codes is optional, but practically every other shipping services accounts for this. Instead, Easyship flags it as an error, and FORCES me to manually open the zip code field and delete the digits after the hyphen to get my package approved.
As much as I like the other qualities of your service, this one issue has caused a large amount of busywork and opened up a potential point of failure. I should never be editing a customer's address unless I have a good reason to, and certainly shouldn't HAVE to just to get the form to update properly. Please fix this issue.
annoying signup form... If you want to make a reasearch of services and prices you have to go through annoying signup forms just to find out what if it worth it.. It doesnt worth to sign up
Do not sign up for them! they will spam call you to no end. All i wanted to do was see the shipping prices and they act like i signed up to be pestered about using their service. Creating an account on a website is not consent to being called randomly and repeatedly like this.

Avoid at all cost!
Works alright, and I mean just alright, when it works, when you have an issue, its costs you hours or your time, and I literally mean hours and hours on live chats, takes weeks to resolve, and costs you A LOT of money.
Massive issue with DPD labels, they just don't work, live chat cant do anything to help. Your only option to avoid weeks of waiting and time spent trying to chase to resolve is to cancel the shipment, then pay double (in most cases, not all) to use a different courier.
I had a weeks worth of orders pile up whilst Easyship "worked" to resolve the issue, the issue being I just wanted to print the labels I bought, nothing more than that, just print. a WEEK! I then had to cancel every order, pay double to use UPS on every order. Cost me a fortune and Easyship just bat it off, they dont care, won't help, ignore you. Basically take your money and run.
Same thing has happened today. Last straw for me, not even used for 6 months. Asked to speak to a manger, ignored, asked for Easyship to cover the difference, ignored. Basically I now have to again, cancel the shipment and pay over double (£40 instead of £17), out of my own pocket, to avoid the week of waiting and chasing.
Not to mention to stop the angry customers I had last time this happened due to a week wait for Easy to to "resolve the sitewide issue".
You are better off walking down to the post office and sending in person, would be quicker, easier, less stressful and probably cheaper.
I for one will now use another platform for my ecommerce site, any platform.
And this is not to mention the refund I have been waiting 3 months for from them. Again, radio silence.
Generally, they are good.
However, they sell some budget USPS labels that cannot be used at USPS (they will simply refuse to accept it).
When I contacted them regarding this issue, they did not refund my purchase.
Basically - they sell labels that cannot be used and refuse to admit their mistakes or refund the purchase
Ease of use, very versatile (like the custom list of predefined box sizes). FMakes repetitive tasks a breeze, like duplicating a shipment for returning patrons.

DO not use Easyship, They undercharge you then later add additional charge says the package was mis weighed or dimensions were wrong. I checked and they end of charging you the same as if you would use USPS directly. They also do not even read any responses. They just supply canned response. They will not even delete your account and information. Be aware.

They are working with sellers to charge absurdly high fees to the receiving customer, resulting in unreasonably high fees making recipients feel like they’re being scammed. Your reputation will be impacted when working with this company, low customer satisfaction will be projected on you for choosing to work with easyship.
