Good service at both larnica and phaphos airport (cyprus)

good experience renting an Avis caris via EasyTerra. I was expected at desk and car was ready. Price was cheaper then if I'd booked directly

Booked with easy terra about 5 times. Always found the best deal with them. Easy website and their no worrie option that covers all acces insurance is great and not expensive.

Great overview of cars and what is included. Easy booking online and good customer service for any questions. Used EasyTerra before and would use them again.

Good service, no problems with Avantcar at Split airport. Normallly it is everytime a hassle to get your car, to make you afraid and sell all the options to double the price. No push sales at Acantcar in Split, quit young but very good staff. Thank I would definitely recommend Avantcar in. Split.

The service was very good, realy liked the option for the wifi.

Was a very good experience. Everything was fully arranged when we got to the location. No extras to pay or unforeseen expenses. Only thing was the description of the type of car. The site over indulges the model you’ll get, both cars we rented were not the models said. Can’t complain much as it says “or like model”. Just don’t get your hopes up if you’re thinking that model is available. For the rest everything was good.

The car was very New. The proces of getting and returning the car was very well organized.

No complaints. We even recieved an upgrade since our class was not available at the time.

We rented a car for a week @ Nice Airport. Service was good, I had to cancel my first reservation because I made an error with the names and creditcards. Called EasyTerra by phone. Very helpful persons and they really tried to come up with a solution. Renting of the car went smooth. The lady behind the desk of Hertz/Thrifty tried to make us pay an additional insurance: NEVER DO THAT! It's NOT necessary. You don't need that if you already chosen a full package with EasyTerra. It is just so they can make some extra money. This was the second time I rented a car with EasyTerra and my overall experiences are very good. Just do some research yourself en don't get played by the persons behind the rental desks in the country you are staying.

Extra insurance costs: €28 per day!
My rental was supposed to be including insurance but upon arrival in Ireland, AVIS explained the Fine Print. The deductible of my pre-paid insurance was €2000! To cover this, I needed additional insurance cost me €28 per day.
Terra misrepresented their charges. This was the first time I rented via Terra. I was very disappointef.

So far best option I could find to compare and choose rental cars from multiple companies at once place. Great discounts compared to direct booking via rental companies. So far no troubles with booking being accepted by rental companies in Amsterdam.

Booking process is easy. Prices are good. Customer service over the phone is not that great

Easy to navigate website, quick booking and confirmation. The actual rental car company always knows of my reservation. Only minus is that it's not always clear during booking that you should amend number of persons travelling (so all passengers not just extra driver) in the car (default is 1, don't know how it would affect any insurance claims if not stating the right amount of car users on the reservation).

I book always with Easyterra. Always the best price, inclusive the all-in insurance.

we got charged twice for CDW and airport fee. Complaining during 3 month didn't work.

Todate still the site for me to book a car rental at a low fare at a reliable car rental company. Reservation process could me made more transparant in terms of waivers and insurances.

All was according to contract

Easyterra wrongfully informed me about the amount the car rental agency would reserve on my creditcard. The voucher said €500, the agency said €1.750, which I did not have available on my creditcard. Luckily my co-driver had an additional creditcard, otherwise we were unable to rent the car.
