We did not hear from you after the departure date either. Did the hotel refund you already ? Was it a real charge or just an authorization on your Credit Card that many hotels require as per guarantee ?
Please let us know the details writing to customercare@easytobook.com. If the hotel charged you, please send us their receipt. The booking was prepaid to EasyToBook and it is absolutely not acceptable that you paid twice.
Once we receive your feedback, we will investigate with our wholesale agent and the hotel and will get a refund for you.

Please confirm booking
I want to confirm my booking with you for travelodge London king Ross royal Scott. I called the hotel directly and they had no reference of my booking. So I called you, useless-the gentleman told me nothing but said he would email back, again nothing. I emailed separately and again nothing heard back.
I'm heading to London for exams and seek reassurance that my room is booked, that's all.

We purchase hotel rooms from wholesale agents who have contracted hotel rooms in bulk from hotels around the world. Your booking is already 100% secure under our wholesaler's allotment. Approximately 2-3 days before your arrival date, the guest name list will be sent to the hotel. This is done to avoid any confusion when you check in as the wholesale agent receives ongoing name changes to their allotments.
Having said that, we do understand your concerns and have therefore followed up with our wholesaler regarding the submission of your name to the hotel and requested the hotel confirmation number.
We will send you the hotel confirmation number within today, the arrival is in a few days.

However, like you, we were deeply disappointed to learn that about this problem, as we had definitely booked Spa studio cottage for you and it had been confirmed to us by the business partner automatically, via XML technology on 22nd October 2016 . Furthermore, we had received no information from them that would make us believe that there would be any problem with the confirmation we had received, nor that you would have any trouble during your stay. Had you contacted us on the emergency contact number, we would have done our best to assist you at the time.
Following our investigations into this matter, we have just received the business partner’s response wherein they have asked us to convey their sincere apologies to you. They have agreed to provide a full refund to you so we have already released our hold on the funds, and the remaining time it takes the funds to be credited back to your account is dependent on the card issuing bank and its internal procedures.

I had a wonderful experience with great price for the fantastic accommodation I experienced.
Riverina on Ruthven Motel Toowoomba was friendly and understanding. We were late to check in and when we rung Riverina they were very understanding. During the drive to Toowoomba my car's windscreen was covered in bugs, I woke up in the morning to a beautifully washed cleaned windscreen. That ment a lot to me as the driver. Our room was extremely clean and fresh. The bed linen was five star. The television was large and had access to full Foxtel and Free Wi-Fi (you don't get that everywhere) With a friendly check out.
To Easybook, I had to print out my voucher from you. Could there please be a choice where I could show my voucher using my phone.
