excellent. ordered easily on the internet. Everything clear and easy to understand. I rang the takeaway after a few minutes to check if they received my order (first time i'd used this service) and they already had. Paid cash on delivery and everything was really easy.
first order completely mess up. I paid by card got a reciept and delivery time, delivery arrived but restaurant had no record of the payment or that it was ordered through eatitnow. When I rang the helpline my name and number were taken and I was told I would get a call back when it was sorted. I presumed this meant I was still going to get my food and waited for a call back. 1/2 later no call back so I rang to check and they had taken the number down wrong. they took down the correct no. and I was told I would get a call back when it was sorted. 2hrs after ordering food I rang again to see what the problem was and I was told I would probably not get a call back until Tues when the office reopened and then a refund would probably be sorted. Why I was told this in the first place instead of hanging on for food and a call back. Absolutley disgusted by them. What is the point in a customer care line that cn't do anything!
Simple ordering and you get one or more emails and/or text messages keeping you upto date with the progress of the order. Also the ppl at customer services can actually answer any question you ask (unlike the majority of other websites that do a similar thing).
