SCAMERS!
WARNING! Eazie membership and points saving = a huge scam!
I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant for several months and have always appreciated the food and overall experience. However, I'm extremely disappointed with how the loyalty rewards program is being handled.
After collecting points over many orders, I recently tried to redeem them for the prize that was being offered - not only have I not received the item, but the points has been deducted from my total saved extras. It's been a month now awaiting my hoodie and they are lying that it was sent - I didn't even get a track & trace!
This experience has made me feel undervalued as a customer, and it's unfortunate that such a long-standing relationship is being soured by poor communication and unfulfilled promises.
