CSR lacks attention to detail. Extremely disappointed.
CSR Anna Maria Piazza made my first buying experience an unpleasant one. I inquired, “I believe I should not pay for return shipping or a restocking fee because what was advertised and what I purchased was not what I measured using a spectrophotometer. Please adjust refund accordingly.” She replied, Hello “we shipped the item with all the same spec that we advertised, I can waive the restocking fee but you would need to reship it on your end. “
I returned the item as directed by Piazza, tracked it to make sure it was received, which it was, and waited for the refund. I was never refunded.
Grammar and punctuation notwithstanding, she disregarded my direct experience with the product. It is not only disrespectful but lacks the empathy star customer service representatives cultivate. This behavior is not how you build relationships with customers.
