Great service from ebuyer but they use dpd thats were it goes wrong

I ordered two laptops by mistake but only wanted one. After placing the order I raised a ticket on the ebuyer portal 15 minutes post-purchase, consider the fact this was late night so their operation was closed anyway, I got a message the next day suggesting they could not cancel one of the orders (I had explicitly provided an order ref for the one I didn’t want) only to be told it’s already “passed through the ordering process” - what a load of old cobblers. Clearly goes to show they don’t want you to cancel and to make matters worse I asked to raise a complaint and guess what - radio silence! I’ve used this company for many, many years but they’ve gone downhill big time. I won’t be using them in future, will stick to other online retailers who value their customers.

Crap delivery. Waited all day and driver did not ring doorbell. I get a text message to give pin but that’s it. I paid premium for Saturday delivery because I needed the items. Let down by your delivery company.
Websites are all bots … no humans to talk to.

Used to love this site for my pc components and other things for building pcs. But since summer this year it's turned to absolute garbage no longer am I able to buy what I need to build computers anymore frasers should've kept to what makes ebuyer great. Instead they've ruined what was a great place to buy computer parts from at decent prices and most things now aren't even worth buying from when you can get them cheaper on Amazon or other places won't be purchasing from here again. Just to top it all off the lack of stock they have is a severe disappointment.Not mentioning I have an account with them and I can't even find my previous orders or see them. Frasers as a company have ruined this online store for pc builders and enthusiasts round the country.

I requested an order that was just placed to be cancelled via Customer Services. I was told by a team member to go back to the website and find a sales email and contact them instead - even though it clearly states on the t&c’s to email customer services. Then there was no response and the order was shipped.

I ordered an item on Pre-order. AFter well over a month I made enquiries about where it was. I was told offhand that I had ordered it on pre-order and that means pre-order so I would have to be more patient. I waited a while more and then raised a dispute with my finance provider. I had paid two months payment out of three and still had no firm date for delivery. I got my money back and the order cancelled then heard about their financial difficulties and how close I came to losing my money. Apparently the company went into administration and was bought up. It now still trades I think but not as it did.

Product did not work, did not respond, site did not function for refunds. DO NOT USE THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!!

Extremely disappointed in Ebuyer. I purchased a product which had a 2 year warranty, the item became faulty so I sent it back to them .And they sent it back saying it didnt have box. I provided my receipt but received an email stating not all the items were provided even though I provided everything except the box. The email states "In order for us to continue with the returns process, we require all parts of the item to be returned. Please send the missing Accessories, clearly marked with your rma number to the below address within 7 days, if we do not hear back from you the item will be returned to you as we are unable to proceed with the return without the complete unit." but the RMA doesnt show anything.. I believe it's a fake warranty and they will do anything to void the warranty. I will never purchase from these guys again . Was a loyal customer but will never buy now!

I bought from them specifically because they were on easyfundraiser. They took the money and months later declined the donation. If they'll defraud a charity, what will they do to the customers? Awful.

Well packed great item.

My warranty is invalid after ebuyer went into administration. I brought a £900 pc and it’s gone black screen after a year and half so yeah I’m pretty much stuck with it. Thanks buyer!

Found a new monitor for work at the best price on ebuyer, good comms and quick delivery
