eCampus deserves 0 stars

If I could give this a 0-star rating, I would. I ordered a book a month ago, and it has yet to ship. They don't have customer service reps; they only have an AI-chat box to talk to with any issues. I've messaged the AI chat 10 times in the hopes to find my book, and it's flagged it to be looked into 10 times. It told me I'd get an email when someone has looked into it. The only email I got was someone telling me that I couldn't cancel my order because it already shipped (it did not). DO NOT USE eCAMPUS!!!!!!!!!!

COMPLETE SCAM

COMPLETE SCAM. Books arrived in unusable state - stains, ripped and missing pages. When I returned them they claimed I had damaged the books and would not receive a refund. DO NOT USE.
