I returned a rental for school, and ordered book I needed for my current class. They have had it for four days, and I still do not have my book, tracking number, etc., but I have been charged. I reached out to their chat for support. I spoke with Junior, Rosanna and Angel and was told by two agents I was speaking with that I had the wrong department after asking to speak with the correct dept. multiple times. Now, I am currently unable to prepare for my exams or do my homework, and the best they can offer is an email with a 24-48 hour response. I WISH my campus would have an online option for the bookstore that allows you to speak with someone at your campus for this reason.
Never received books
Unfortunately 2/3 of my textbooks did not arrive. I have been contacting Ecampus's customer serve, UPS, and USPS regarding this issue for two weeks with no success. I had to reorder my books from Amazon and ended up paying twice as much as I would have if I just used Amazon or my campus bookstore. I am also behind on my readings due to the delay.
It is now a month later and I have not received my books. ecampus says I need a police report otherwise they are unable to help.

I paid for expedited shipping delivery and my package arrived outside of the time frame it was supposed to arrive. Waste of $10 especially as a student who is already struggling to pay for college.
