Ordered some tablets for cleaning of an espresso machine 16/04/2012. I saw on the web site that they were available in stock so i ordered them but until today i did not received anything. I wrote them back what's wrong with my order 5 days ago and still no response. I am from belgium so i don't think that it takes 15 days to send something to Belgium from NL.ordered sume stuff via ebay from CHINA i got them in 10 days. I payed with pay pal and if i don't gat a response from them the coming days i will put my complaints to paypal so that i can get my money back. I payed 10eu for me 10eu is nothing but this is not the right way to do business and if people doesn't know how to do business they shouldn't do.
