Disgusted with the shockingly poor standard of finish. This is the fifth new build home I have had, but will never buy another new build after this Ecclestone Homes nightmare!

Consultant very helpful and explained clearly about the property

Having purchased a number of new built properties from 5 star builders I was anxious as didn't hear about Eccleston Homes before. Chris from Sales @ Garrett Manor was very professional and aporoachable throughout the whole purchase process. We moved in 3 months ago and still are enjoying our beautiful house. We didn't have many issues and site management are great! All 3 site managers Dave, Matt and Lee are very knowlegeable, approachable and responsive. I am really happy with the house and recommend the site to others.

Excellent service provided by Dawn White from start to finish. I was lucky to reserve one of the last plots available at Eccleston and Dawn helped and supported me massively purchasing not only my first, but my dream home, which I am incredibly grateful for. Any questions I had (lots!) she answered, without any issues. Updates were given along the whole purchase and building process. All communication was responded to straight away and even had welcomed suggestions and recommendations along the way in terms of styling etc. Very happy with the service I have been provided with, Dawn was a pleasure to work with. Thank you.

Had a scheduled viewing at Lords Fold. We were greeted by Yvonne who was extremely professional and helpful. All our queries were answered and we were given information of forthcoming release of new houses in the development. It was a very pleasant experience, made possible with Yvonne's knowledge and help.

The sales office representative (Yevonne) was both very knowledgeable & helpful.

The show homes are very well presented and the quality impressive.
After viewing the show properties, she answered questions re the house build, I.e traditional as opposed to timber frame.

We talked thru the purchase process and Yvonne indicated properties which we both felt would be particularly well suited to me.
She talked thru the purchase process and explained the next release stage. I was then invited to keep in touch and said that she would keep me up to date, confirming my contact number and email.

I have been studying the literature supplied and will be in touch with a couple of questions in the very near future.

Sales team are great, but problems start once you get your keys I made the misfortune of buying a house in their Welsh development Halycon Place, so far only 8 of us have moved in out of 15, but we have a combined snag list of over 2000 items ranging from faulty plastering, windows, brickwork, damaged goods used, not finished kitchens (damaged fridge doors, 800mm bare brick holes left as a dishwasher space), by fold doors fitted incorrectly, safety or laminated glass not used where needed, failures to follow local building regulation. Had a director visit us, sat here went very sorry we will get it all sorted 8 weeks later and nothing. Shocking attitude it seems once they have your money they don’t care, households now starting action with NHBC support

Great service from Dawn & Chris at Garrett Manor. I recently reserved a plot and found the process to be well explained, efficient and professional.
