Stop opening new developments come and finish the ones you started 2 years ago. Please visit Halcyon place North Wales, 2 years later and they can’t even finish a development of 15 houses. We have awful unfinished landscaping, roads not finished, houses outstanding 100s of snags. Please visit and see for yourself before falling for EH fancy sales team. Don’t trust a word they say.

The way we were greeted and treated.

We were met by the site manager . After being issued with safety gear and a brief about H&s we went on site . He show us the plot we were interested in and explained what would be going to to done to finish the plot etc, he also mentioned other plots that may have been of interest and where on site they would be . We had lots of questions that he answered .

Me and my partner just bought our first house with Ecclestone Homes @ Lords Fold and we have had a brilliant experience and we are really happy with our house! The sales advisor Yvonne was really helpful during our buying process and never failed to assist us wherever we needed it! She made sure was was happy with everything given it was our first time and was very transparent on matters we wasn’t sure about. Dave and Steve the site managers did a fantastic job on making our home to a really high standard and we are really happy with the finish we have. Throughout the process they kept us well informed of where was up to and upon moving in they immediately turned attention to fixing any snags or problems we had to a really good standard. Overall we are really happy with our first home and we thank all the team for the efforts that have been made!

So far my experience with Excleston Homes has been efficient, friendly and helpful. Dawn at Christy Brow is extremely helpful, keeps in touch via email and is happy to answer any questions and help. I have just reserved a plot at the development in Hyde with my new home hopefully being ready September-November 23.

Moved in January at the lords fold site in Rainford St.Helens. House is of a very high standard. Few small issues but have be sorted by Eccleston homes. I want to give a big shout out to Dave Turner. He gave us our induction of our new house, very professional and knowledgeable. He even supported us while moving in, ensuring we had everything we needed. Any noticable issues were sorted immediately by Dave and always checked in afterwards to make sure we were happy! Credit to the company is Dave and one of the reasons we are so happy! We had Yvonne during the whole process who again was outstanding during the purchase. After care team big shout on professional and always on hand to help.

Yvonne and Dave always put the customer first. Can you please ensure they receive this feedback.

Garrett Manor, Eccleston Homes
The Hartford floor plan we bought,
thank you Eccleston Homes designer build something different from the new homes market, we appreciated this floor plan with Velux windows and extra space and light to living room compare to others builder.

At first contact Christine with her helps and advise us to choosing location between Garrett Manor or Christy Brow, Reserved my house since 2021 Jan. I moved in Garrett Estate on 2022 March Customer Service Miss Bee she friendly and responsive quickly solving all my issues.

After living in my house for one and half years it shows Eccleston Homes built quality. I write my comments today to reviews my purchased experience with Eccleston Homes over past two years.

I’m total satisfaction with their staffs service and will recommend to my friends.
