After purchasing a supplement following…

After purchasing a supplement following an email 'special offer' reduced to a price of £20 from £X I received the item in the post only to have a £15 price label on it so that's the last time I believe a promotional email from Echo or buy!

Poor delivery time

Website is great but from ordering my items over a week later I’m yet to receive anything quite disappointing considering it was 3-5 working days and it’s been over a week now.

Used echosupplements for years now and…

Used echosupplements for years now and never once have I been let down! Delivery is always on time if not before. Very rarely will it be late, and if it is, they will notify you immediately!

Will never order supplements from anywhere but here unless they haven't got something I need. Which is rare!

Customer service is 1#

Used these guys a few times, didn’t get what I wanted, ONLY due to supplier. BUT they rang and smoothed it over and offered full refund or alternative. Couldn’t fault the customer service as they can only do so much in this case. Top marks ✌🏽🙌🏽

I was call then go found out when my delivery is coming but operator was so rud hi didn't alow to finish what i want to say him an d when I ask him to speak slower hi eaven didn't listen hi only scream on the phone thats is and I still vwaiting for a delivery
