Great service from Eclipse start to finish, Jay planned the office and bedroom to meet what I wanted and not what was easiest and we managed to tweek the plans to meet my budget. They are not the cheapest on the market but I believe you get what you pay for and having used them before for our main bedroom I knew the product quality was worth it. The fitters were brilliant and Chris kept me updated everyday, they cracked on from the minute they arrived until leaving and they left the rooms clean and tidy each evening. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Sales Process - Sales guy wasnt to pushy. Not the cheapest quote we had (middle to higher price) but nice showroom with good examples of work made me feel confident we had chosen the correct supplier.

Installation - The installation of a simple L shaped wardrobe dressing table and bed side draws should of taken 2 days. It was eventually signed off 15 days later. Missing and damged wardrobe doors, incorrectly alligned wardrobe doors, half of the units siloconed half not, damage to the freshly decorated room. left full of saw dust not cleaned down after installation messy engineer leaving tools around the house where my 9 and 4 year old where playing.

Snagging - To be fair eclipse sent a different engineer who put things right and we are happy with the end result. We just found it very painful getting there.

Excellent service from Eclipse. This the 2nd time we have had worked carried out by them, and we highly recommend them.
We had a bedroom wardrobe fitted a few years ago and have recently had some doors replaced in both spare bedrooms.
The fitters are very professional. Would definitely use them again

Very professional and helpful we had new doors and worktop, plus sink and taps veryyhappy with it.

We then asked them to do the splashbacks perfect finish.

From start to finish 5 star service. The sales manager explained my options and price once agreed the surveyor came to make sure new units would fit into existing space then on the day the lovely fitter fitted and cleaned up after himself all lovely. My only complaint is that the new fridge and freezer do not offer the flexibility of my old units. The fridge has fixed shelves which do not fit standard packaging on the door shelves are also fixed so will not take standard bottles, the freezer although it has see through baskets the back of the basket is curved so you cant fit as much in the freezer as before - so sorry Eclipse I am disappointed in the actual units supplied but I will just have to put up with that

Great quality kitchen,
I used eclipse as they came recommended, eclipse was not the cheapest we decided to go with them as they came recommended.
Issues with the subcontractors mainly the plasterer, after complaining to the office to be told when you hand over the work you should expect a building site, sorry this is my home and they should respect it.
Eclipse don’t listen to their customers you struggle to get a word in, I found I had to put my issues in a email to ensure they listened. I also experienced depending who you speak to they all tell you different.
The only person kept me sane going through the installation was Nathan the fitter, he goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, I would definitely recommend Nathan. If I was to buy another kitchen I would purchase from eclipse, I wouldn’t let them manage the project.

Just had a kitchen of 20 years ripped out and a fabulous new one put in . The design colours and matching tiles have been great .
From the installer plasters Electrican and plumbers they have been a joy to have in my home . Very respectful, even tidy up and we're very helpful .
We did have a slight issue with our water as I wanted a fancy tap and the pressure in the house was awful but it was sorted out my Debbie in customer services which I was grateful too.
It did take a little longer than expected but was worth the wait . I would recommended anyone to go the show room sit and talk to the sales people ask their advice and you will not go far wrong .

Fantastic service from Eclipse! Very happy with my new kitchen! My old 60’s kitchen was completely removed including flooring, wall tiles and ceilings and replaced with a lovely new modern kitchen. The whole process was run like a military operation! Was completed in two weeks! Amazing planning. Everyone involved were hard working and efficient. All lovely people to deal with who made the experience stress free. A big thank you to everyone involved. Highly recommend Eclipse!!

Great experience with Eclipse kitchens, thank you especially to Phil who planned our kitchen, and Chris who fitted it. Our project was a remodelling from scratch, and Eclipse were flexible from the start and kept in contact throughout the months of planning. Very impressed with the standard of fitting, we're really pleased with the end result.

I have used this company twice recently and on both occasions the service has been outstanding.From the punctuality of the designer team and helpful ideas put forward by Philip Salisbury to the fitting of the wardrobes and kitchen everything was carried out efficiently and quickly. I was delighted with their work and would recommend them to anyone.

I wanted a wardrobe that was suitable for a wheelchair user, Eclipse listened to my needs and gave helpful suggestions. The fitter worked hard to ensure the job was completed in one day, and the carpet fitter returned that evening so that the room was usable. I am really pleased with the result, as it is so much easier to get to everything from my chair.

The whole process from design to fitting was very professional and the quality of the product met our high expectations. The designer considered all our personal requirements and met all our storage needs. The fitter was pleasant and efficient and we were very happy with the quality of his work.

This is the third time I’ve used eclipse 2 bedrooms and now a new kitchen.
From the start to finish eclipse have been amazing even with the problems we have had from fixing damp and sorting plumbing out .

From start to finish everybody was professional, friendly and helpful, the workmanship was extremely good, top quality. We would like to say a special thank you to Nathan our fitter and Mark our surveyor, we would definitely recommend Eclipse.

We had an initial consultation in the showroom with Phil who was very knowledgeable and helpful, he offered some great ideas and options so we then arranged for him to visit our home to measure up and go through the plan. He took his time and we never felt rushed, his ideas and experience were very helpful in us making decisions. The drawing was created and we loved the image immediately and agreed to go ahead.

The surveyor then attended a week later and did detailed measurements and went through our questions in detail and again his knowledge, patience and experience gave us further confidence.

Debbie then called to arrange dates and we were eager to get started, she worked with our schedule as we were having some of the work done ourselves so needed time but this was an issue at all

The installation date soon came and the team arrived promptly at 8.30am to unload and start

Chris the fitter was meticulous in his work with a real eye for detail, as with every project their were questions and minor adjustments and Chris' advice was invaluable. A panel was accidentally damaged when fitting the dishwasher but this was replaced by Chris without any issues or cost to us

We are left with an amazing space and love our new kitchen and i couldnt recommend Eclipse enough - I hope i never change my kitchen again but if i did, i would go back to Eclipse without question.

Just the decorating to get done now and the whole project will be complete
