3 WEEKS WAITING ON MY ORDER/RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The most rude customer service team! I am now waiting 3 weeks to receive my glasses and they have been as of no help, I am yet to even receive a tracking number! I told them that I was going to have to return my order because I’m going on holidays tomorrow and won’t get to use them for what I initially purchased them for, I also included that I want them to pay the return fee that they charge as it was on their end that I didn’t receive my order on time because it was only dispatched a couple of days ago!

It says pretty clearly "Estimated delivery approx. 7-15 working days"
Approx, abbreviation for approximately.
"Approximately: close to a particular number or time although not exactly that number or time"
So sir, if you decide to refuse the parcel or return it we won't take charge of the shipping costs, as is established in our terms and conditions, which you accepted.

I am so extremely happy with my polarized ray ban clubmasters I felt compelled to leave a review. €129 with DHL shipping to Dublin, took 9 working days but only because they ordered them from the manufacturers in Italy. Packaging was great too. Also the customer service I found was very responsive and gave helpful information. Will definitely order again.
