Single pocket door kit
Customer service was second to non. I didn’t know what size pocket door kit to order, but having spoken with the team they were able to help me with the sizing.
I think I emailed them 3 times with questions about my various issues I had and each time they got back to me within 24 hours.
Finally the item is fitted and I am so happy with the result. It’s a game changer when you have limited space.
I will definitely be ordering another one.

I have recently had 3 eclisse doors…
I have recently had 3 eclisse doors installed and they have changed the space completely. They have not only added space to the room but also style.
The construction was easy to follow and materials high quality. I am already looking at options for the bathroom door to add one there as well.
I would highly recommend eclisse for not only product but service and quality as well.

From my first contact, through a visit to the Showroom, purchase order, delivery, after sales support and the finished result, I can't recall experiencing a better combination of a great product and even better customer service. I want to express my happiness at how quickly Kirsty, a representative from the Eclisse customer service team, resolved the shipment error.
Last week, we received our order for the pocket door system; however, we noticed that the seller sent the wrong size. After discovering the error this morning, I contacted Eclisse customer service and spoke with Kirsty. I was given a clear explanation of the following steps needed to resolve the issue. After the phone call, I received a notification within less than an hour that the correct item had been dispatched. To be fair, I can't recall the last time the purchase or delivery issue was resolved so professionally and promptly.
I truly appreciate the professional support that Kirsty provided this morning. Thank you so much!

Poor design and useless instructions.
It sounded great, and looked easy but that’s before we bought them and that’s where the positive remarks end! The instructions were awful, and we’ve done lots of diy so not my first rodeo!
The gap between door and bristles was too big, leaving it swinging. Really bad gap, not the finish I expected. Had to redo and rejig everything from assembly instructions to fitting actual door. Luckily we know how to fix issues but a less experienced person would be stuck. Too many booklets, put it all in one place to make it less like an escape room and more like a how to. I would NOT recommend.

Regarding the brushes supplied, they are designed to minimize the gap between the door and the jamb rather than touch the face of the door. This gap can be affected if the frame is built to suit an incorrect finished wall thickness. The metal frame itself can be built to one of two options, but the jamb kit provided is specific to one or the other. It is crucial that the frame is built to suit the jambs provided; otherwise, the frame may need to be disassembled and reassembled to the correct finished wall thickness, or a replacement jamb kit may be required.
In reference to the door swinging, this should not occur if the door is rebated at the bottom as per the instructions, and the provided anti-warp profile is installed and used in conjunction with the floor guide.
We understand your concerns about the number of booklets. There is one booklet for frame assembly, one for door installation, and one for jambs. While we strive to make our instructions as clear and concise as possible, consolidating them further may not be feasible due to the detailed nature of each process.
We appreciate your patience and resourcefulness in resolving the issues. Your feedback helps us identify areas for improvement, and we aim to provide a better experience for all our customers, regardless of their level of expertise.

The only shortfall was the handle required more gasket/washers to make it a tight fit to the glass.
