I ordered a cbd oil from this company and before dispatch asked if the order could be cancelled as I realised it would interfere with my current medication. They completely ignored my email and sent it out anyway. Then I returned it, to have it sent back out to me a second time. So my partner decided he would have it only to open it and find it is off as it had already oxidised and was now a pink/red colour whereas when we have tried the same product in the past from another supplier it was a lovely amber colour. They clearly have no customer service skills and will ignore you just so they can keep their money and clearly do not know how to store their products. correctly.
Do not use this company.

Langley mill eco vape, I hope you see this.

Honestly, never lets me spend money I don’t need to, and always tells me when I’m spending more than I should be.

Moved from Beeston to Langley mill, and I had been using the wrong coils for 2 years. I was never told this until I got here. So much extra money I had been spending and the man in the shop told me.

When I thought my tank was broken, rather than letting me spend money to replace it, which was what I thought I’d have to do, he told me how to fix it.

He’s always smiling, telling me where I’m spending more money and when I’m buying the wrong thing.

Whenever I go in I come out feeling like whatever I bought will meet my needs perfectly and knowing I didn’t spend money needlessly on a more expensive version of the same thing

Received my e juice today after thinking my order wasn't sent but turns out was delivered to my neighbour, great service and will defo be ordering again 👌

The one in bulwell is very rude service disgusting manners as well not very help full go to a different vape shop not him they only want your money

Probably the worst vape shop trading they will tell you anything so as not to refund your money if you buy a faulty product they will blame you for it avoid at all cost or be out of pocket!!!!!

Bad experience
Bought my brand new voodoo drag 2 mini on the 24th April 2019 served by Barry at bullwell ECO VAPE
Had problems with charging point on device when come to charge would not go in
So I took it back to Eco vape on the 4th may Barry again and is replie was
Looks like you damaged it so there’s nothing we can do ,
Or was it the fact it was damaged when I bought it and when on trying to push the charger in to charge it would not go in ??
Where’s the warranty and where’s good customer service because it is not at ECO VAPE cheers BARRY
I’ve had to get in contact with the manufacturer hope they can help

Terrible terrible terrible. Website had an issue so it charged me twice, they sent they wrong quantity and when I asked for them to send the correct quantity I was told in a round about way customers lie. I would avoid this company.
Don't trust the lies by this company, not only the lies but the gaming of trustpilot. Do not trust them.

I would lile to make another complaint, this time regarding Ross Gourlay, I made a complaint back in the beginning of December time, I was informed on the 21st December that my refund had been processed, obviously that was a lie. I've never experienced such bad service in my life. I've recently shared my review with various 3rd party sources so others won't have to suffer the same experience. When I first became aware of Eco Vapes I thought it was a professional company, obviously I had been mistaken. It seems like no one in the company really knows what they are doing; low quality e-liquid that's out of date and they couldn't even find my order even though I have provided my order number Order #893 (25th October 2018) ridiculous. After they eventually found my order they promised me the refund had been taken care of... It's now the 26th January and i have not receieved anything. Extremely poor business management! Wasnt even offered any compensation for my troubles even though everything was 100% their fault.

Always shopped with eco-Vape , brilliant customer service in store. Always helped me out when I needed help with my mod. Great selection of e-liquid. Cannot fault them .

Absolutely ridiculous.. You buy the concentrate range for example like Psycho Bunny for people who do DIY and the most important thing is steeping time and yet the bottle label doesn't even state how long we should be steeping!!! Nothing!! And I am pretty sure psycho bunny is made my eco vape.. We all know the most important thing about making your own eliquid is steeping and yet it doesn't even say on the bottle label nor the website... Absolutely ridiculous as I had to use another website which tells us how long the steeping should be! Never again.. stay away from there concentrates as the bottle labels don't even say how long you should steep for..

I often find the staff are knowledge on the product but lack customer service skills at times. I also purchased some coils (5 for £10) but when i got home and opened the box there was only 3. I was quite annoyed but when i went back later in the month i told them about the issue and they gave me 2 additional coils without question, so this redeemed them a bit! - The new liquids aren't the best, i find they burn through the coil much quicker.

Good place to get your e-liquid from but depending on the store you visit, you could receive bad customer service support.
