Massive shout out to Connor and Lewis who firstly came out to fit a new radiator in kitchen - fabulous job looks great! then they also did a brilliant job on installing our new boiler in super quick time, a really professional job and left the house spick and span. I will have no hesitation in recommending Chris and his team to anyone Thanks lads for the advice and a great job👏👏👏

Would not recommend
Advertise as doing commercial work but they're not registered for doing this with Gas Safe or NAPIT. NAPIT stated misuse for their logo. Would not recommend.

Telephone as had an issue with gas…
Telephone as had an issue with gas pressure.
Young lad, looked liked he had no idea what
he was doing.
Checked Boiler and cooker, even did a gas leak
check on the meter.
Could not find a problem so left.
I phoned British Gas Emergency Line they arrived
and in less than two minutes found a leak on the gas meter.
Would I use Eco Flame North East again
NOT IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT.
Young lad that turned up needs to go back to
college and get trained on the basics of gas safety.
