Well priced good quality windows and doors. Sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They kept us up to date and were not at all pushy. The fitter was very professional and efficient, doing an excellent job. He cleaned up after himself and explained what he had done in a clear manner.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the work Ecoglaze have done for us. They’ve completely transformed what was once an unusable, cold and damp conservatory with a damaged plastic roof into a warm, cosy and genuinely stylish extension of our living room. It’s now a space we actually enjoy spending time in all year round.
We also had several windows replaced, along with a new back door. Everything was fitted quickly and without any issues. The difference the new back door has made is incredible, it’s completely stopped the draught that used to come through into the kitchen, and the house already feels warmer and more comfortable.
From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Every member of the team was friendly, professional and happy to go the extra mile to make sure everything was just right.

Very professional work achieved by Lewis and Rory installing windows and a door. Explained each step they were taking. Efficient job. Left the house very tidy. Went above and beyond with guidance, information and advice. Very friendly. Worked continuously. We felt safe in their hands. Will request them again personally as we were so impressed.

Had two fitters for my windows today 19/1/26 Rory and Liam from Ecoglaze who were very respective of me and my property. They fitted 5 windows and French doors removing the old garage door for me as well as the windows removed. Also cleaned up after themselves as they went including my outside. Very please with the efficient service the brothers provided today. Windows look fabulous too

Ecoglaze redid all our windows plus 2 doors. Initially we were positive but my wife and I were worried about the process as it is a big and expensive undertaking that can have huge impact on the property if not done right and we would not be even able to tell if it was done wrong until it's too late. However, we were very happy with the windows and found immediate difference in the noise levels and heat retention of the property.

There were, however, multiple small visual issues where the beading was not cut straight which led to gaps that were sloppily covered as well as scratches on a few of the glass panels. We called the company and they took accountability for the scratches and the visual issues and sent the installers to correct that, however, I feel the second time, the job was rushed and made more issues than it solved, so we had to have remedial action and then yet again but by a different person as we felt we were not getting the standards that we wanted. Eventually everything was done good and we're happy but we believe the process did not need to go through the extra remedial actions. 4 stars for the work overall and I would recommend the company as they were great with communication and their approach to the situation

At all stages I felt valued and the process and costs were explain, nothing was hidden and the payment options are helpful.
The installer Simon was great he arrived bright and early and was quick and efficient, I am very happy with the finished job.
I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them for further developments

We recently had a door and panels fitted and they did an absolutely cracking job. The door looks great, meticulous workmanship, left everything perfectly clean. The fitters were lovely too, friendly polite and professional. Will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend.

We had the lovely Simon fit our 2 sets of doors for us today and I must say what an absolute pleasure. Not only were the doors fit with ease, but the level of precision was amazing. Front door fitted by Lewis and Rory, very friendly and very quick installation. Door looks good and the fitting looks good. I would certainly consider using Ecoglaze again and would ask for Lewis and Rory to be the installers.

Pressure selling to sign a contract tonight.
Initial contact in Wickes Haverfordwest was lovely.
Salesman came tonight and Had a quote done for a back door. Quoted £970 which I thought was reasonable. Said could be supplied from stock. Asked to consider it and perhaps call them tomorrow and price shot up to £1322. Reason given was they needed to do the contract tonight to get the £970 price as the salesman may not be in the area tomorrow and be wouldn’t be paid to come back. ( told us he lives in a place that’s max 30 min drive away) Then stated door were custom made ( not sure how that’s ’in stock’ then) . Had also asked for a price for windows for reference as need doing as well, but he didn’t even bother with those when I refused to sign a contract on the spot

Excellent service from EcoGlaze! The two lads who came out to carry out the installation were excellent, clean, efficient, professional and friendly. Smooth process from start to finish, highly recommend!

Terrible experience with this company. Fit doors that don’t close and then refuse to even offer a solution to getting it fixed. As far as I understand, they fit very niche and exclusive equipment, which then they offer no help in fixing when it goes wrong. Absolutely terrible long term customer service. Really disappointing.
