We stayed at Villa Patri. The accommodation is very comfortable. We liked the interior decor, but spent most of our time outside, because the property has a lovely garden and views over Sant Carles and surrounding area. Ideally located for exploring the calas in the north of the island.The staff were really helpful, particularly when we were trying to find the turn off the main road to the property.

I never leave reviews, but having searched this company before booking with them I was sceptical as I am from the UK and you always hear horror stories! Well we booked “Villa Oasis” through this company and from start to finish they were fantastic. Their customer service line is great and they are very responsive. We arrived in Ibiza at about 10am and couldn’t check into our villa until 3pm. The lovely ladies at the office let our group (of 11 people!) store our luggage in a locked office and even put the air con on so we could all get changed before heading out. They then rang us taxis to get to the villa and we were given so much detail about how to stay safe in the villa. We had a few issues with the property but these were rectified straight away. We even had a carpenter out to sort a door that wasn’t closing! These are things that cannot be helped with properties, and Ecoibiza’s service was impeccable through it all. They are super responsive over whatsapp, and even brought us new towels 3 days into our stay. As for the caution deposit, we didn’t think we would see this again (as we know what it’s like with landlords in the UK!), and to our surprise 2 days after landing back in the UK we got the full amount back! This is a great company, and I will 100% be booking with them for my next Ibiza stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality and for a great experience.

Ecoibiza was very professional since the first moment. Before arriving all police details , caution deposit was given throug a check in on line. we received all the info by mail of were to go , all the info about the house and all the neighbourg areas , we bookes a full fridge service to have meal , drinks and breakfast at the house uporn arrival and the two little doubts that we had were solved inmediate. On the top of that the Villa Montecristo was a must , excellent clean and close to everywere . Excellect holidays . we recommend it .
