The materials is too boring and in many cases even outdated. It is the most important thing in this market to be precise and up to date, and they fail!

The so-called “customer support” representative Kevin was extremely rude and unprofessional; he gave me the information which is not correct and did not listen to my situation at all! He needs more training in customer support.
