Words can't say how brilliant this company are. Our house is a very large old property with 12" walls and pipes ect from the dark ages. The installation team even worked over the weekend and didn't go home, electricians were very patient and solar team were great. The whole installation team almost became part of the family. Staff on the phones kept us updated all the time. The dog even grew to love them. Honestly fantastic brilliant wonderful people. If you are unsure about going ahead with this don't be. Professional friendly 100%

Cannot recommend this company and all the staff I have dealt with enough. They have gone above and beyond to help me and my family and surely that’s what these grants were set up to do. Jake and Sean were great. Always punctual and very professional and friendly. After a nightmare start to the work with other guys these lads worked hard and did a great job. They even noticed a gasleak and sorted it all out for me. Very grateful.

Solar panel scaffolds turned up at 7.40. Scaffolding up solar panel installers on site at 10ish. Finished by just after lunch and scaffolding gone by 4pm.
The complete experience has been superb I cannot fault the tradesman or Ev providers staff. I would have no hesitation in advising anyone to use Ec providers. Thank you for brilliant job.

Extremely happy with my new insulation, ASHP and heating system. It’s all up and running now. Just waiting for the solar panels. The guy’s were great. Plumber’s Jake and Shaun were brilliant, their workmanship is 100% and they went above and beyond, fixed a broken floorboard in the bathroom and the leaking loo. Electrician’s Matt and Kiel, again, they were brilliant, their workmanship also 100%. They’ve re connected my washing machine for me and fixed the dodgy woodwork next to the stopcock. Thank you lad’s 😊Everywhere has been left clean and tidy. I highly recommend Eco Provider’s.

I'm writing this on behalf of my dad, he is absolutely over the moon with his central heating and loft insulation which was fitted without any disruption ,also a big thanks to Gemma in the office for putting up with the delay in the paperwork finally got there in the end 😏 .

Fantastic job almost completed by Eco Providers. Just waiting on solar panel installation. We have an old, large house and keeping the original features whilst making it warm was important to us. I really can’t say enough what a wonderful bunch of people we had here doing the work. Respectful of our home, privacy and opinion on how we wanted things done. What a tidy job. We had Jimmy, Ryan and Dion completing insulation and plastering and it’s totally faultless. Then shortly followed by Chris and Chris running pipe work and installing radiators. Kev the heating engineer and his apprentice Harry did a fantastic job of installing the air source heat pump. The pipe work in our garage is immaculate. We really can’t fault any of it from start to finish.

Highly recommend eco providers, we had our fan heaters replaced with oil heaters which has made a huge difference to my electric bills. Pual and Dan were really polite & professional, they got the job done fast and cleaned up any mess they had made. Thank you guys.

We started work on Monday. We'll our pallet hadn't been checked and parts missing so we were left with a defined system all day while they went to the merchants to stock up.
Overall the mess is terrible, not one dust cover used. Broken ornaments and said nothing. No plan and now have pipes coming down the walls from the ceiling.... we have asbestos ceilings so not sure why this has been done!!! And we did tell them!!! Been waiting for a phone call from the heating manager but he went home instead.
No plan on if solar panels are going on tomorrow as left today without a word. Or when it's completed. At my wits end as husband already borderline on mental health, I've lost my dad and son has kidney disease. So no hot water or heating or a plan?

I have never looked back since I had Eco Providers install my solar panels. Since getting the solar panels, I haven't had to pay a gas and electric bill. The amount of money I receive back from my supplier more than covers the cost of the gas I use, along with the daily charges.

We applied for an Eco grant through this company and were eligible. They arranged for a surveyor to come out before Christmas, followed by a heating engineer at the beginning of January. Once the heating engineer had done his survey, we heard nothing back. By 26th February 24, we hadn't heard anything from the company, so I decided to call them. I was going into hospital and didn’t want to come back to a house full of builders and dust and I have animals that would have needed to be put in kennels, so I was keen to know when the work had been scheduled. I rang and was told someone would call me back, which they didn’t, so I phoned back the next day and was told again someone would call me back. This time they did and told me they had cancelled the job because there was a £7000 shortfall between the cost of the work and the grant available. I asked them why they hadn't told me this sooner and got no acceptable answer. I am sure had I not been proactive in the process I would still be waiting for a call. I had always been a bit uneasy about this company, promising £30,000 worth of work for ‘nothing’ and although it was not suggested, I’m wondering now if I had offered to pay the £7000 shortfall would the job have gone ahead…...? I am annoyed about not getting the grant but am furious that this company can keep a customer waiting nearly two months without any communication at all, not even a courtesy email after the engineer had been, explaining the next stage of the process. Personally, I would tell friends and family to steer well clear, there are plenty more companies offering this service who ( I hope) are a bit more transparent.
