Just had 20 panels , 5x batteries and inverter fitted , very professional from the sales to Ben and Will the panel fitters who nothing was too much trouble for , Good price and did what they said they would do , would definitely recommend to anyone looking for solar solution having said all that I have had the scaffolding fior 2 weeks now with no sign of it going down

Just had my solar panels fitted by ECO Renewable and couldn’t be more happy. From the time Chris contacted me and provided my solution including 16 panels give energy inverter battery and car charger to a great team of lads who fitted them in some dreadful conditions. The price was also the best. Highly recommend. .

Last Friday I got the eco renewables group ltd to fit solar panels and batteries. The price of them was unbeatable and the workforce from booking to fitting was fantastic ,I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting a solar system .This was the best company and highly recommended many thanks Peter Phillips from Ipswich Suffolk.

Good website with clear specifications & prices. The entire team works seamlessly together from initial phone call to certification. Carly & Laura were an absolute fountain of knowledge and very quick to answer any questions via phone, email & whatsapp. We don’t have the ideal roof shape/set up for solar but Ryan came down to survey the house and talked through how we could maximise the solar array & where best to position the powerwall 2. The scaffolding was next to arrive and again the team made sure the block paving and artificial grass were protected. Nothing was too much trouble for the electricians & roofers. They were professional & friendly throughout and are a credit to the company. I wanted the solar panels symmetrical with the pediments (dog kennels) on the roof and as you can see in the photo they got them bang on. I have no hesitation in recommending Eco renewables as the quality of workmanship is second to none. I did a lot of research in to solar & batteries, crunching numbers, watching youtube & reading up before I called them. In hindsight I probably didn’t need to. They know their stuff and will help & advise you with your requirements. Thanks again to ALL the team.

Carly is just excellent at sorting out the order - knowing what you want. She answers emails quickly and gave us informed information. Jordan came to fit our batteries today and did a great job. He explained the app/ system so we can get the best from our batteries.
We had used Eco Renewables to fit our solar panels 5 years ago and went back to them to add batteries. Fully trust this company - no reason to complain so far.

I had my installation done in December 22, and I have to say David was great. Quotes sorted and even put my mind to rest as some of the trust pilot reviews had given me the wobbles. All the initial work, date etc was fab can't argue with that.

Installation day came everything done swiftly, lads were great. There was an accident but again I have to say it was dealt with brilliantly even though it was a huge inconvenience to me, accidents do happen.

Love the solar system couldn't be happier with it but when it came to paper work I had to press for it, i eventually got it. When I needed to register the panels with my electric company eco renewables hadn't done their part with Northern power grid, again I had to chase this up with emails that were just ignored. In the end I had to do all the leg work in order to get my panels registered so I could start getting paid for my export. So the after care service in my opinion is rubbish. I eventually got an explanation for this which was, the lady that deals with this has that many jobs to do.. again if you're gonna do a job do it properly and that includes the after care/paper work. Northern power grid even state that your installer should do this.

I would have given 5* but aftercare is so important and making sure your customers are happy.

Lastly the referral scheme. If you refer someone you will get a minimum of £200 and a max of £500. Seems great doesn't it?. I referred my neighbours they had a large install too, I was promised repeatedly that I would receive a referral fee. I was told I would get it once they had paid their bill. Bill paid and nothing, just a promise of it'll be paid in the next couple of weeks. Two weeks, four weeks, six weeks go by and still no referral fee. The last what's app I recieved was that he was on holiday and he "promises" it'll be paid when he's back in work, well guess what NO REFERRAL FEE. My neighbours install was beginning of February and were now June. I think we can safely say the referral scheme is a load of rubbish.
I'd love to post all the WhatsApp messages of all the empty promises but I won't. Its a shame too as they could of got a lot more business from myself, but I like honesty and being fobbed off all the time is not a quality I like. Again this another reason why there is only 3 stars and not 5.

But as stated the solar system is fab and I'm really pleased with it but aftercare is also a massive part of the package.

**edit** since writing this review I have been contacted by eco renewables. They said they would pay a partial payment of the referral fee providing I change my review.
For me this is now about the principal of the matter. The referral fee should have been paid regardless as a referral was made, customer paid and it should be the agreed amount not a partial bribe.
I am a single mum of 3 and feel that they are trying to play on that.

Top to bottom, a great company to deal with.

Initial contact with Carly was great, good competitive quote for a battery installation to augment the solar array I had previously installed. Carly patiently answered all my calls. Actual site installation was tricky given I had site-specific issues with the existing solar panels, Ryan contacted me to discuss, reassured me, all sorted no questions asked.

Mike did the installation, spot on, professional, knowledgeable, patient with my questions, expert at dealing with the on site issues.

Laura(s) helping with problems connecting the app on my phone to the battery inverter, spotting the problem with my new router and mixed feeds on 5GHz and 2.4GHz. Just to say the app is pretty fundamental to tracking and managing solar panel and battery performance so such a relief to be helped with this. The inverter is manufactured by Luxpowertek, a review of their remote support with this problem I have just posted on Trustpilot, they were brilliant too!

That I would have teething problems with a solar panel and battery setup was foreseeable in my case as I was adding a battery to an existing system, good technical support is not a given, such a relief to get great customer care and I would say a USP that puts Eco Renewables from Bamber Bridge ahead of the pack!

Well done all round, looking forward to using you again when I add more capacity to the battery setup.

We had 6 quotes for solar panels, Eco Renewables was the best. Carly answered our questions promptly and efficiently. Work was carried out within one week of us accepting their quote. All deadlines adhered to by a very helpful professional team of installers.

Good, non-pushy service. Chris worked with me to find the optimum solution, revising various quotations. Good team of installers. When we had an electrical fault, they came to resolve it reasonably quickly - even though at least half the problem was with our consumer unit, no quibbles. Only dropped to four stars because some of the communication was patchy prior to installation, never quite sure who was managing the install. But three months in, we have a professional, neat installation that is working as it said on the tin.

Very poor after care service. Have been having problem with my system probably due to some earthing issue that leads to my system going offline. Has happened twice over the last year and zero support from Eco renewables group even after repeated remainders. Please avoid.

From initial fact finding to having my install from eco renewables, it’s been fantastic from the outset.
Great price, excellent response to WhatsApp and emails (I’ve been able to message them at daft o clock at night with no issues) and installed today quickly, sensibly, all explained to me throughout. As id had a brand new roof fitted a few weeks before and negated mentioning this, the team
Had to call another van out with different brackets - all done with no gripes.
I’d highly recommend the team and I’ll be using them for another 5k storage next year!

Chris came out and did a review of my needs and then made recommendations based upon my property. Three weeks later his specialist team, a roofer and an electrician, arrived to install the panels and batteries. I was kept in the loop every step of the way. There was minimal disruption and mess and the whole process took about 5 hours in total. Both the roofer and electrician were friendly and professional throughout and were a credit to the company. If I need any further work, I will use them without a thought. Thanks Eco group

Great prices and fantastic service my 20 panel system and battery was fitted withing 3 weeks of ordering and was 5k cheaper than the nearest quote.
Highly recommend.

This company fitted solar panels for me in August 2022. Initially the company seemed very on the ball and a good price whilst still being registered and offering the desirable guarantees with external companies. However it appears it was just one member of the team holding it together as the more team members I spoke to the less of a clue any of them had. In the end I was advising them on where they were up to with the work. On the day of fitting whilst the work was done well and quickly the electrician informed me the batteries I was told were in stock and reserved for me when I booked were now 'on order' and could be expected within a week or so. The next person told me end of August. The next person said begining of September. The 22nd of Septemeber when I finally managed to get hold of someone they apologised and said they'd sort it. as of today 6th Oct I haven't heard back and can't get hold of them.
After posting this review on 6th October the director rang the next day, he'd seen the review and apparently they'd just had a batch of batteries delivered and could he come round immediately and fit them. He then spent a while moaning about how hard it was for him with staffing, being busy and parts etc, complaints I'd heard previously off him after I complained the first time. He arrived, fitted them after repeating his moan. He then asked could I change my review on here, I declined stating I would modify it to say how good it was he'd turned up so efficiently. However this lack of staffing doesn't seem to pan out because after the initial work I was invoiced within hours and then they rang me daily asking me to pay. Again with the batteries I received the invoice on the 10th Oct and a phone call demanding payment on the 11th. When I pointed out this suddenly efficient service the director came on the phone and immediately began complaining to me about my complaint. I put the phone down, I've paid but will not be recommending them to anyone!

Highly recommend this company. Quality product range, good prices and easy to deal with. They were responsive and adaptable during a busy season August 2022. Installation of Sunsynk systems at two different properties. Our home now has 14 solar panels and two batteries thanks to some excellent advice. Our holiday rental has three batteries storing Octopus Go night tariff for day and evening use.
Statistics are produced by the management systems which let us track input and usage figures.

Eco Renewables of Preston installed our solar PV system in May 2018 (in Derby) it’s been a very reliable system.
Fourteen Pearline PV solar panels incorporating Solar Edge optimisers, Solar Edge inverter, SoFar battery charger and two 2.4 kW Pylon tech batteries plus export meter and all cabling neatly done.All installed in around three hours. All MCS certification, guarantees etc.
Totally reliable installation but we did have to have a new Inverter after three years which was all sorted free of charge.
I thoroughly recommend Eco Renewables for your PV installation.

Installed solar panels and battery system on multiple aspect roof. They really know what they are doing, gave excellent advice and designed a system perfect for our requirements. Design to completion in couple of weeks, outstanding.
Prices are very competitive and full system was installed in a couple of days. All their staff are very friendly, professional, worked safely and did a quality installation and resolved problems without any fuss.
Very happy to recommend them, and have already done so.

So 6 months to the day l employed this company to install a solar panel system to my property
BIG MISTAKE
in that time the following has happened

ALL the tiles on my roof have been removed then later replaced any that were broken replaced with non matching tiles
l have had water coming through the dinning room ceiling where the roof leaked after insert panels were installed these were later removed and a traditional on top of the roof tiles panels installed ( l personally had to re-bed the eve tiles)
l had asked for netting to be put round the panels however l was given a roll of mesh and told that they didnt have time to do the job and therefore l would have to do it
re the electrical work this took 3 or 4 attempts to get right with the wrong inverter being sent parts missing from its replacement and the system not registering on the "solarman" web site
l am in the process of trying to apply for the export tariff and low and behold l hadnt been emailed all the required documents
the wifi part of the system did work well for a while but then crashed around 10 weeks ago since l have asked for an engineer to come and sort this problem but they either dont reply to phone calls or wont reply to emails hence the system after 6 months from the install date is still not full up and running
dont use this company to install your solar system for the reasons above
