Evocare went over and above in all aspects of the work carried out was most helpful in all queries and team were professional in all areas.

I had a new boiler &ventilation work done in my house by this company Ecovairenerrgy the work was all done in two days, my old 1987 boiler was hard to remove. The gas engineer Imran is extremely good & very experienced everything was explained in detail. All your carpets are protected & everyone works quickly & efficiency.

I was dubious about the authenticity of the eco4 scheme and had never heard of ecovair however I had no need for concern. My experience with Ecovair fitting my new boiler and loft insulation was amazing. The team that showed up at my house worked swiftly and respectfully and I was so very impressed. Baghail was especially brilliant. He listened to my many questions and always tried to accommodate my requests if he could. He is highly experienced and I could not be happier with my new warm efficient home. Thank you Baghail and your team. 🙏

Congratulations to Mr Mohammad Ishtiaq of Ecovair Energy Ltd for finally getting my free boiler installed with little or no trouble.
I have been trying to get a free ECO boiler for the last 13 years each time I qualified, but it took five attempts to get it replaced. I have been burning a hole in the ozone layer above Thorpe Park over two decades. My old boiler was a floor standing dinosaur roughly 50 years old, very simple to work, never let me down, but extremely inefficient.
This was never going to be an easy installation tapping into a very old pre-existing pipework and it was decided by all the best place to install the new one was up in the loft area on the chimney breast next to the hot water cylinder and have the exhaust/air-intake pipe out through the roof tiles. I did use my own roofer, but that was my choice and not a requirement from Ecovair.

The replacement Vaillant 30kW boiler proposed is more than enough to generate the heating requirements quicker than a smaller model 18/21/25Kw. I had all the old radiators replaced a week beforehand. Mohammad came to survey the house back in January 2023 and was chasing me for an installation date after checking I qualify under the Government ECO4 Scheme for a replacement boiler. It was me that delayed installation date/s for various reasons, but Ecovair never stopped following up when to come and start the works. They also installed a brand-new gas pipeline from meter to the new boiler, rather than just extend from old kitchen gas supply to the new boiler. They still flushed the old system pipework, regardless of the house having had all the old radiators replaced. They also installed a new radiator in one of the bedrooms and problem solved the route of pipework required to drop down from the loft area and bypass lifting floorboards up in the office space above. All the radiators TRV's were replaced the latest energy saving Rad-Bots (intelligent radiator thermostat) and finally the icing on the cake was they fitted a wireless Hive Active V3 Thermostat with Hub so you can use a phone app or website to setup & control your boiler remotely.

They also registered the installation with Gas Safe regulators, Vaillant (for boiler warranty), 2-year QualityMark protection insurance.
Credits to the guys installing the new system go to Abdur Rehman, Kleanthis Gkiontsari and a busy assistant (unknown).
I am currently consuming 1/3 of gas before the installation, but our gas cooker is still being used as normal, so that’s a huge saving in theory, I can’t wait until winter. My only regret will be the twelve years I waited might prove to have been a big mistake waiting, but I think i may have only saved £500/year at best, so I am break even now, but future savings on energy prices now will be massive!
Many thanks for a job well done by all those involved, just as my 3-year fixed rate ends August'23 and my gas price doubles to what everyone has been paying in the energy cap (SVR). I fixed my price with EDF for a year as I cannot see it coming down any further.
