The price and turnaround was great and quick, but some of the decking was chipped and really bent, hence why I haven't given 5 stars.. 4 instead

We ordered a Balastrade kit, end of April, which cost us over £1000. Our builder said the quality was shocking and couldn’t fit it because the wood was so warped.
They would only agree a partial return and It took around two months to organise and agree a return price. The only reason I gave a 1 star was because they finally paid £550 back (end of June). Complete waste of money!

Order system easy to navigate and product selected, arrived on site quickly. Would definitely use them again

Excellent product and delivery and good customer service

If i could give 0 stars i would. Delivered a day early, product thrown on grass. Not strapped together. Posts too long, we had to cut or wait 3 days plus for delivery. Much of the wood was warped and instructions unhelpful in places. Screws missing, Several calls, then they stopped answering our calls. All in all a terrible experience. Experienced at DIY, but this challenged us, should have completed easily had to stop and will pick up tomorrow.
They have now refunded us £60 in compensation and we're grateful, but asked I amend this review. We had to cut, bend and cover a very poor quality item. And we need to buy decorative trim to hide the warped wood.

Ordered my decking on 19 June delivered by Kevin at 07.30 on 25 June. Super quick experience and would recommend this company for all of your decking needs. The instruction were emailed to me and easy to follow. Overall very satisfied.

First time I’ve used edecks and will be the last. Ordered a hand rail kit on the 11/06/26 Website stated 1-3 working delivery days but actually took 5 working days to delivery. Delivery was £30! The kit compromised of some plastic brackets. Out of the 6 supplied, 4 were warped and unusable.

Reported first thing Monday and had to send pictures of the warped brackets before they would send more out. After they assessed the pictures, they then sent the brackets out. Now I would have thought that a good customer service would have shipped these promptly and quickly, nope! Sent with Royal Mail and 5 days since reporting the issue I’m still waiting for the replacements, now the 26/06/26. Three weekends now I haven’t been able to fit the hand rail thanks to poor service and no quality control checks.

To summarise, no quality control and poor customer service. Will never use again

Simple to order and very competitive price, so the time for free delivery was fine. The delivery driver was brilliant, we knew when the driver was coming, and he arrived on time.

From ordering online to delivery was very fast indeed… They came all the way to Bristol within a few days of ordering…
