Very happy with my purchase and would have given 5 stars if I had received a response to two emails sent to confirm the color of the frames. Luckily the frame received was correct so it all worked out in the end. I would definitely order from this company again.

To be honest, I was a little skeptical. The price of the sunglasses was way too low compared to other websites. I am glad I chose them!!
The Sunglasses came fast and it is not imitation, took them to put my new prescription and the person at the optical store told me they were 100% original. I can assure you that what you are paying for is no less than the real thing, besides the costumer sevice, UPS shipment & and the short time it took them to arrive. I will definitely buy from them in the future and reffer other friends to them.

2021/02/26 - Refund Received

I received refund today, which means I will increase my rating to two stars.

It seems like edel-optics business idea is to offer everything - even when they do not have stock.

Personally I do not recomend them. Their customer supports is one of the worst I come across.

I made an order 8 days ago and according to payment confirmation I was supposed to recieve email with delivery date and info - and of course I did not recieve it.

I tried to contact Edel Optics 7 times. Sweden is just around the corner from Germany, so not sure what's going on.

The glasses costed around 105 euro. I will change the rating according to the feedback I get - if I will get any.

They state the following in the confirmation I received the 17th of February:

"You will shortly receive an e-mail from us, letting you know when you can expect delivery. The sum of $132.11 will be held on your credit card account until your order is despatched"

Funny thing is, the money is not reserved anymore - the transaction has been completed.

Update 2021/02/24
Today edel-optics.se emailed telling me I had added an incorrect email address and this is why I didn't receive a payment confirmation (edel-optics order page don't accept invalid email address btw).

This is nonsense - I did receive a payment confirmation, but I I haven't received the order/delivery confirmation which was suppose to be sent "shortly" after the payment confirmation.

Update 2021/02/25
I told Edel Optics I wanted my money back, or a update on my order.

I then received the following feedback:

//"As requested, we have deleted the following article from your order E-US21-27485XX of February 17, 2021"//

So, it seems like they canceled my order "on my request". But they are not telling me how and if I will get any money back.

I ordered the last pair of this style sunglasses in stock. Which was the last pair I could find anywhere online. The order was placed on Wednesday, and to my surprise they arrived 2 days later on Friday. They were exactly what I ordered. Very happy with my order.

Excellent Price/Product/Service!
Much less expensive than the US online retail outlets, even after adding in the foreign debit service charge. Ordered on Wednesday, product in my hands Friday evening with no charge UPS expedited shipping.

Still waiting for my sunglasses, no tracking number, no email reply, no customer service pick up the phone...trying to deal with PayPal and get my money refund.... very bad service.

Easy to find the style I was looking for. Fast shipping too.

after successfully placing the order, they will contact you concerning the payment and inform you that they are not going to continue with the order due to payment failure & ask you to repeat the process.

however your credit card will be charged not only as hold amount, but they will deduct the amount from your account within 1 business day.

they are not answering phones, emails or even call you back.

till they prove that they are not a Scam.

Please avoid dealing with them, its totally waste of time.

I have come to find EdelOptics consistent in quick timeliness for shipping out orders and ensuring inventory on some of my favorite products. Great job and look forward to doing business again!
