Nearly flawless
The sunglasses are flawless, and shipping was incredibly fast. Next day delivery, even in Corona times, is impressive.
Price paid for an out-of-production pair of Boss shades was fair too.
The only reason this is not 5 stars is, the casing was worn with scratches, has a sticker mark on it that looks like it is not from edel-optics (some surplus stock from another dealer?) that can't be removed, even tried rubbing alcohol. The sticker from edel-optics was removed with no hassle.
Furthermore, the casing has a huge dent or cut in it, so it has definitely seen some rough handling, although the freight box it arrived in with UPS, was mint condition.

Avoid! They charge you but don't deliver
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 14.May 2020. The order confirmation email stated they are available and the shipping takes 1-2 weeks and that I will get them delivered by 29.May at latest. They charged me the full amount straight away and after 15 days, there is no sign of my sunglasses, no shipping information email and they are not responding to my e-mail!

Thank you for your review here on Trustpilot. Unfortunately, the sunglasses were not in stock. Therefore, we ordered them from the producer in Italy. Due to the corona crisis, the producer delivers with delay at the moment. Therefore, we cannot meet the promised delivery deadline. We are very sorry about that. Really good choice of sunglasses. You can virtually try them. Prices are better then other sites in my opinion. The delivery was fast and smooth. I’d definitely recommend them!

False Norwegian domain
I have ordered sunglasses and then I have realized that they only use .no domain but actually they are not based in Norway. There is no clear information on the web page that above the price will be charged a crazy amount of custom tax.
I have written several emails and canceled the order, but they have sent it anyway! No answer on ANY email from me. What a shameful client service it is.

if everything goes as expected, you should not pay any customs at all. If UPS does want you to pay something upfront, just refuse to accept and they will return the order.

Very fast delivery but poor packing.
Very fast delivery. Order was processed very fast and the products were as described. However, the products could have been better protected in the box - very real possibility of product damage due to lack of internal packing.

I ordered 2 sunglasses on the 14th of…
I ordered 2 sunglasses on the 14th of april. I still haven't received them and haven't heard anything whatsoever about my order. I've already been charged for the full amount.
I've tried contacting edel-optics through e-mail and phone, to no luck.
I've never had any issues in the past regarding receiving parcel postal-packages from online purchases.
