We had a great first time buying a mobility scooter with Sam at the Barnsley EDEN office. She was most helpful and informative regarding the specific scooter we trialed. It was a wonderful experience for my father who is excited to start his mobility journey. He even bought some accessory items to improve his driving/shopping experience. Sam answered all of our questions. She was most attentive, an asset to the company.

Diane really knows her stuff.
Had a great chat with Diane today at your Barnsley Branch. We were looking for a wheelchair for my wife. Diane showed us different models and how to use them. Really knowledgeable. We were there for a good 2 hours. We did buy 1 in the end too.
I would definitely recommend a visit if you need a good mobility shop.

my mum is 92 and struggles with walking…
my mum is 92 and struggles with walking we went to look at mobilty scooters for her, her confidence was at rock bottom, but Carol at the Barnsley store was an absolute angel she spoke to mum and encouraged her to try the scooter taking time to explain everything and how things worked she was gentle with her approach giving mum all the time she needed to gain confidence to try to move about on the scooter, to our surpise mum liked it and decided to get one,thank you Carol your a superstar.
