I would recommend this mobility place to anyone it’s amazing, i got an electric chair from here and it’s perfect it helps get me around for day to day shopping i love having the independence of being able to get myself around

First Rolater
I bought my first ever rolater yesterday, at BelleVale shopping centre in Liverpool.
I was helped by an extremely nice guy called Keith.
I will be 80 on my next birthday, and I have a lot of spinal abnormalities.
Keith really helped me to choose the best rolater for my needs, and I am very happy with it. 😊 Anne

I'm so annoyed with this company
I'm so annoyed with this company, I feel i have the runaround causing me stress, I bought a refurbished scooter on the say so of the shop I went to, they delivered it to me few days later, I didn't have a clue how to charge the scooter as there were NO instruction manual to go with it, plus the forward and backward lever were not working, they never stopped when pulled hence if I had been outside on the pavement the scooter still kept going till it decided to turn off. In the mean time I could of ended up on the road, or knocked some one over ?????? I phoned the up eden but I never got any one to sort out my problem. All I got was I will get someone to phone you, no one did, I could go on complaining here, but don't see the point, I got my money back , but one thing I never got was an apology, one sad customer

I visited the store in Bellevale shopping centre Liverpool in 21/01. I asked if I could someone out to look at my mobility scooter as it wouldn’t turn. Lee was exceptional. He was polite, friendly and professional. Very helpful with explanations. I bought a wheelchair for my husband.
