We are a retired couple and visited the Fareham shop to enquire about riser/recliner chairs to future proof our apartment in preparation for later years. We were served by Jane, who gave us a comprehensive appraisal of all options available to us. After less than an hour we had purchased two riser/ recliners and been given a delivery date approx two weeks. Thank you ,Jane

Eden Excel Move Mobility Scooter, Fareham Branch
We purchased an Eden Excel Move mobility scooter. The staff where fantastic. Jane gave demonstrations of several of the mobility scooters, allowing hubby to take each one for a test run. All the staff were very friendly and we were not put under any pressure to make an actual purchase. We were however offered a good discount. The delivery was also excellent, arriving within 24 hours, fully assembled.

Buying a mobility scooter
My husband has Parkinson’s and has had to give up driving we went to the Fareham store to see if he was suitable for a mobility buggy. Jane was very friendly and extremely helpful giving us all the information and answered any questions we had, chatted to my husband to see what would be best suited to him and insisted on him having a trial in it to make sure he was safe using it and felt comfortable driving it. We bought an Eden Pathmaster which despite dreadful weather was delivered the next day. He has used a couple of times and is very happy with it.

We visited the Fareham store today, as we have been looking into getting my husband a mobility scooter.
