I was in the shop with my mother in law we were looking at purchasing a wheel chair.
Hefin helped us purchase the wheelchair and offered us great customer service and helped us with deciding which wheel chair would fit in to my mother in laws car.

I had to come to Middlesbrough in an emergency from wales
I will have to say I was giving a 5 star ⭐ customer service experience..Hefrin was very polite ,professional and made me comfortable whilst he talked me through my options.
I had travelled from wales my battery needed charging on my mobility scooter which he did for me .
I purchased a battery charger and he spoke to me about cushions for my mobility scooter
I am interested in a folding scooter which he showed me and explained everything

I went in apprehensively for a walker as I’m 77 and my mobility is getting worse (not that I’m ready to admit it). I had a wonderful experience, my daughter and I went into the Middlesbrough store and spoke with Nick. He was friendly and knowledgeable and listened to what my concerns were. I needed a walker which was light weight and folded down to fit in a car boot. He gave me demonstrations on 5 different walkers explaining their advantages and possible disadvantages. I decided on the Alerta walker and for the first time in months walked out of the store feeling safer and with confidence. There was no hard sell (which is rare these days) he was just happy to help me understand the options which were available. I can’t thank Nick enough for his patience and kindness. A great experience and hopefully there will be no stopping me now and to get a bit of my independence back .

I was phoned by Eden the day before my service to say it would be in the afternoon. Keith Anderson phoned me the next afternoon to say he would be arriving within 10-15mins. He was friendly and knowledgeable, did the service & checked the seat as I felt it was tilting slightly, he said the tyres weren't fully inflated on one side which might have caused that. I'll check the pressures more often, thanks very much Keith
