What absolute pleasure it was to visit this store today . From the moment we walked towards the door we were greeted by smiling faces of the ladies Emily and Elaine. Nothing was too much effort from allowing my mother in law time to try out electric wheelchair to making us a wonderful cup of Yorkshire tea ( other teas are available ) . All the fellow visitors to the store were welcoming . Price was kept fair and reasonable . We made a decision to have home visit from team which was sorted by Elaine as well . Would highly recommended there services .

Genuine customer service!
Only went into this store to purchase a disabled toilet key to use when needed. The staff member dealing with me was called Elaine and without reservation was so personable and helpful when I asked a number of questions about some of the mobility products available. She is a real asset to the company and epitamises what genuine customer service should be.

Friendly shop
Wanted to leave a review about the Northampton shop what can I say? They are absolutely amazing starter go in there. It’s like a little community of people that go in because I know they’re gonna be greeted with a friendly height and knowledgeable people the manager of the shop she’s great she definitely knows her stuff to do with her products, et cetera having bought a few things from the shop. I’ll definitely be a returning Customer and I think the manager is a credit to the company and other managers need to be like her.
