Fantastic experience
Popped in to speak and ask for advice, the staff were kind, helpful but also very caring towards my elderly mum. They had time to talk us through the options and were never pushy, just showing us what was available and how they work. Nothing was to much trouble and they were very professional.x

Lovely and helpful staff
I needed a new walker so I went into the Peterborough shop to see what was available. Chantelle was very helpful demonstrating whatwas available, I explained that I was unable to buy one then but would return in a couple of weeks.
When I returned she recognised me and sold me the model I was interested in. I was also able to leave my old walker and start using my new one.
