went to buy a folding mobility scooter for going in the car and on the plane Sam in the Rotherham branch was so knowlegeable and so helpful knew everything that I needed to know and even got me a discount on a brand new scooter let me test drive it so I was confortuble with it perfect polite and an lovely lady

My elderly parents recently visited the store to buy a mobility scooter for my mum and they said that they received such great service that they wanted me to write a review on their behalf. They were helped by a lady called Sam who was really patient, helpful and very kind. She gave them lots of information and after hearing what my mum needed she have them helpful advice. Mum bought a scooter and she is super happy with her purchase. Thanks Sam for helping get my mum out and about again! :)
