I took my wife there to look at mobility scooters and after she took a test drive on one the smile on her face said it all so with that I bought one for her the service from sales to back up is second to none fantastic freindly and so prompt with delivery and service thank you

Tony helped me to get a walking aid
Tony helped me to get a walking aid. But after being worried and not looking forward to having to get an aid. Tony made me feel at ease and I left feeling normal instead of unable to do things. Thanks Tony.

Amazing customer service …
I have had a really good experience with Eden after deciding to get a scooter on mobility. Your staff were friendly and helpful . Today I decided to visit your store for a cover and bag for my new scooter and was happy to find the manager of the store was as friendly and helpful if not more than your head office staff. He was knowledgeable about the products without being a pushy salesmen. He helped me put my scooter bag on my scooter. I wish all retail stores had the great customer service and professionalism Eden staff clearly have in abundance
