I recently asked Eden Caterers to provide some dishes for a private party. I found their website to contain many vegetarian dishes, especially the canapes and salads, that seemed perfect for my friends. I had contacted a few firms but they were the only ones who responded quickly. Because I had no personal experience with them, I asked if I could visit and see their place before deciding.
The visit was very helpful, delicious and the staff gave me confidence that they could meet all my needs on time and on a reasonable budget. They supplied detailed information about ingredients that was helpful for my friends with special dietary needs. I had the sense that they often do very large orders but were very attentive to my party requirements and provided good ideas for the right kinds of food.
The Saturday delivery was a bit early and the food was as promised. And it was all delicious. The salads are very tasty with great dressings and the canapes and finger foods were big hits. I wholeheartedly recommend Eden Caterers for the quality of their food and the efficiency of their operation.
