Great service 11x alluminium windows + back door
Eden have just completed fitting 11x alluminium windows (including 2 bay windows) plus a new back door at my 1930's house and i'm delighted with the process & service!
From the very start 'Mia' in their Orpington showroom did a great job of listening to my requirements, her support with advice & options / answering my numerous questions was 2nd to none.
For the install team, 'Bridget' in their head office did a great job of keeping me informed regularly, 'Lee & Ryan's workmanship was excellent working some long days to make sure the job was finished on time & to a very high standard.
Its really given my home a well needed lift and i'm very happy....thank you Eden !

UPDATED REVIEW:
We had a really good sales experience (Mia was super helpful), the customer service throughout has been good, and the fitting of the window went super smoothly (Grant was great), we are having repeated issues with the front door.
Due to warping it’s been replaced twice, and the third was dented when it arrived.
Eden have now worked with their supplier to change the colour of the door to prevent warping, however it has been a long road to this solution. We are expecting the new door soon and hoping this will fix the issue.
Overall, the window quality and fitting was good and we are happy with it. Super happy with the internal door, but a bit let down by the exterior door.

From the get go of Eden coming out to give us a quote I was very impressed with the communication and professionalism. We was having quite a lot of work done by Eden including removing doors and windows being bricked up. 8 new windows and 3 doors so it was going to make a massive improvement to the run Down old property we had moved into. When it came to installing Lee and Ryan arrived a father and son team they were absolutely amazing. There work ethic was outstanding and there care and professionalism was shown from the start. I would highly recommend Eden windows but if you can chose your installation team then I would chose Lee & Ryan everytime.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very professional fitter
Our fitter was Grant. He came on a Sunday and within 5 hours our old doors were out a new ones in. He was very polite, friendly and did an amazing job, cleaning up after himself in a way you wouldn’t know he had been here.

Service from everybody at Eden was excellent from start to finish. Installation of French doors was completed on time, very pleased with doors and quality of workmanship.

From my first contact with the company to the installation of the window I was very impressed with the efficiency of all the staff I had contact with. From pricing to fitting everything was done without any delay. The price of their product was very competitive and I am very pleased with the windows that were fitted. I would use the company again should the need arise.

Door installation - pleasant experience
French doors. Clear instructions and service guidance from start to finish. What a pleasure. Installers were polite, efficient, and did an excellent job. Very pleased with the way the installation was completed, with neat borders and skirting. No hesitation recommending.

Highly recommended
I have no hesitation in recommending this company. From meeting their Salesperson, Steve Summersby who is a very professional and friendly to the surveyor and fitting team who were on time, courteous and left everything clean at the end of each day. I must also especially mention Jamie the fitter who gave of his best despite having a very painful shoulder.
From the initial design consultation to installation I was kept informed at every stage and any queries or remedial work were resolved promptly. Just quality and great service. I had windows fitted in February 2025 and a front door fitted recently.

We have just had a new front door and side panel from Eden windows fitted. Excellent company to do business with, from initial call to installation. Had a bathroom window unit replaced and the fitters, Jamie and Grant were polite, friendly and got straight down to work and covered all the carpets and left the bathroom immaculate. Very professional job and the unit looks fabulous so would highly recommend.

Replacement French Doors
We had new French door installed by this company. The fitter Jamie arrived on time and did any excellent job. He was polite and very professional in his work. He left the job very clean and tidy even down to polishing the windows. After the job was finished he gave us verbal instructions on the operation of the doors and keys even down to how to get replacement keys if required. He is a great asset to his company
