eDestinos also associated with eSky, eDestinos.com.mx, eDestinos.com, eDestinos.com.pe, eDestinos.com.co and eDestinos Group, are scam companies. According to the ticketing airline these are also associated with Travel Fusion from the UK who are the owners of the credit card used to charge the flight.
We clicked on a $180 ticket on eDestinos and ended up getting charged $460 from Cancun to Tijuana. Unbelievable. And this was the "zero" fare, so not even a backpack included.
They are lying in the review replies here, there is nowhere that shows the true price until it's actually processing on the card. Look at other reviews here that say the same thing. I could fly to EUROPE from USA for $460! You really think we'd accept and continue with a $460 flight from Cancun to Tijuana? Again, look at other reviews here and read their app reviews. Absolutely insane.
We didn't cancel because this company is well known for cancelling the flight then charging exorbitant fees, and not refunding and giving the run around blaming it on the airline (see other reviews).
We will be looking into sueing eDestinos and the parent company. We will make sure we cost them much more than they cost us by spreading the word regarding these lying cheats so that it doesn't happen to others. We will also be opening a website and several social medias dedicated to spreading the word.

Never again will buy a plane ticket through eDestinos.
We bought a ticket with Norwegian Airlines through e destinos. One week after we had to change our tickets after realizing that we have made a mistake with the dates. Then we realized that E destinos does not provide a customer service phone number and the only way to contact them is through email. We sent them an email explaining everything and we received an automatic reply saying they were busy and that they would reply soon. They did answer several hours later. I think one day later.
In the meantime we tried to change the ticket online with them (through their website) and with Norwegian, which was impossible. Then we called all the numbers provided in Norwegian website, (my partner and I calling simultaneously during hours because no one picks up). We ended accessing the only number who replied, an U.S. number from Norwegian which ended being a call center! We spoke literally 1 hour with this guy who ended trying to sell us a new plane ticket. It was then when we realized he was working not for Norwegian but with a platform who sells various plane tickets. Means that Norwegian provides contact numbers that are airlines call center. This person apparently cancelled our ticket but we never received any refund or even an email. So then we contacted back Edestinos to ask -again- for the assistance we never received. They washed their hands saying they can't help because I already contacted the airline!

edestinos is a scam company. They will charge you double the cost of the ticket and if you cancel they will charge a cancellation fee. They also won't refund your ticket. They will simply refer to airline policy and beat around the bush and lie to you. Avoid this company

This is a scam-like company.
eDestinos issues us boarding passes, which turned out to be INVALID at the check-in counter. According to the airline, the payment was unsuccessful. We lost our flight and the reservation was cancelled.
I then wrote about 15 emails back and forth and eDestinos would persist on the idea that the passes were valid.. EACH OF THE 15 EMAILS REPLIED BY A DIFFERENT PERSON.

They didn't book our flight!
Booked a flight with baggage. 2 days later received an email saying they could not add our bags and they cannot confirm our reservation until we agree to add them at the airport ( which is extremely expensive). We emailed eDeatinos twice but heard no reply. We called the airline Latam who said we were not even booked onto the flight ( this is the day before our flight was due). We had to cancel our reservation via eDestinos and had to pay a lot more money to fly as it was so last minute.

i booked a flight at 1800 they charged me $893 for the flight at 2000 of the same day, I send them an email saying I wanted to canceled the flight l, they only gave me back $819 plus they charged me $89 to get my refund. this is a scam they got $160 in less than 2hrs, will spirit never charged them a dime. I you have the opportunity to buy with someone else do it.
