I just purchased a ticket.. and now it said it was not valid but it still charge my account... and I’ve been trying to get a hold of them and I can not! There is no number to call! Someone please help me

I'm not happy with my experience because when I ordered a plane ticket yesterday, I only agreed to pay 345 dollars. When I checked my bank account, they were charging additionally 282 dollars. When I try to call them, they don't answer.

0 star review to be precise. I booked my tickets ,numbers 49824510( which you took 53,17usd) from and 70994849( which you took 33,12usd) and NO CONFIRMATION. Trying to email you is futile as you purposely do not reply. Cancel my booking please so I can book with a business that has high regard for its clients!

I´ve made 3 reservation for domestic flights in Argentina for Aerolinea Argentina, but bought via eDestinos. As we couldn´t travel to Argentina due to Corona, we won´t be able to travel at all, but eDestinos only offers us alternative dates or open tickets, which don´t serve us. More annoying even is the fact, that Aerolineas themselves would back the price if directly bought from them; but eDestinos doesn´t, telling us that it´s a decision made by Aerolineas! So, I´m asking myself: what is the added value for booking via eDestinos if they offer worse conditions than the airline itself???

No one gets back to me, They have cancelled my flight for today and there is no confirmation for the flight that they switch me on tomorrow. Very unprofessional and careless.

We purchased tickets for a three leg flight. We were charged for all three flights but only one was confirmed. The other ones show as canceled with no notice of the cancelations or reasons for it. Contacted them. Nobody has answered us yet and we are supposed to travel tomorrow. No phone number to call.
Hope they can answer us soon. This is extremely stressful

I have submitted requests for refunds for several sets of tickets in Argentina that were cancelled due to Covid-19.

Good news is that I have received a response for one ticket from Puerto Iguazu to Buenos Aires.

Bad news is I have received no correspondence on the following tickets.

Booked two flights. Got a message the the first was cancelled. Flight is on Thursday and I don’t get a response from them about rescheduling nor money back. Now I will have to buy a new ticket at twice the price.

We apologize for the inconvenience. If your case has not been resolved yet please send us an email to (their email) explaining your situation as detailed as possible and enclose your reservation number and flight information so that our claims department can help you as soon as possible.

It has been since April 12th when I sent all the info.
I think it is best to realistic. This company is shameful, it will blow you off and send the same standard email replies. Look at the answers to all the reviews.

I booked a flight through this company and never got my reservation confirmed. They emailed me asking me for additional money to get my flight changed. When I asked for my money back they never replied.

were trying to cancel my dads tickets for a while now, no answer after filling out the form and he even got an email saying his tickets were changed. please i need to get in contact with someone since clearly he cannot travel becuase of covid..

No visible phone number to contact them. I had to fill out a form but I have no idea when an agent will get back to me. My order number is P9W65GM. The flight is in less than 2 weeks. Latam told me I was eligible for a refund and to contact eDestinos because I booked my flight through them. But, I have no idea when they'll contact me or if they'll actually process the refund that was promised to me.

No hay un número de teléfono visible para contactarlos. Tuve que completar un formulario, pero no tengo idea de cuándo me contactará un agente. Mi número de pedido es P9W65GM. El vuelo es en menos de 2 semanas. Latam me dijo que era elegible para un reembolso y contactar a eDestinos porque reservé mi vuelo a través de ellos. Pero no tengo idea de cuándo se pondrán en contacto conmigo o si realmente procesarán el reembolso.

My first reservation was alright, no complaintments.
However, I booked two more flights (domestic flights in Peru) but both got cancelled for obvious reasons. I made a refund request and got emailed that "an agent will contact me". After a month no contact has been made. I feel disgusted that companies take advantage about this terrible global situation.

Horrible experience with this agency!
Purchased a flight through them, had to cancel due to the pandemic. There is no phone number available to reach them, only email. It took 2 or 3 messages and two weeks to get a reply from them. During this wait period I contacted Avianca airlines to cancel my flight since I could not reach edestinos. I had also purchase a cancellation policy, Edestinos refuses to refund me and refuses all responsability stating since I called the airline they no longer have my info on file. A truly enreliable, dishonest company.

Avianca cancelled my flights. I tried to get a refund and was informed I need to contact the travel agent. The travel agent is not willing to refund the money for the cancelled tickets. This is crazy. I won't need a voucher for avianca, an airline that doesn't operate any routes I regularly travel.

my flight was canceled due to the pandemic, latam had flexible arrangement to change or refund the flights, i have emailed edestinos 10 times for change of refund, and they said my booking is no longer available in their system, and that is what I can't understand

I also ,not knowing made the mistake to book online 2 international ticket thru edestinos, due the covid 19 our flytes was cancel and in try to contact them to cancel and return credit! is a nightmare! this is a real bad company . only good to rip you off . and they have 0% customer service concept. they just ignore you request.! so i call my credit card company and will stop payment!. Don't try. to do business with E.Destinos

Pure scam - they sell fraudulent cancellation policies that they don't allow you to use. Catastrophic event require a flight change - sure just pay the change fee which costs more than purchasing a new ticket from scratch! Horrible unreachable customer service.
