Dishonest report from Ed Fellows with Lambeth SLaM

I had a consultation with Ed Fellows, who was asked to see me by the SCPT Lambeth SLaM mental health team to see what I was looking for in therapy as I have trauma, diagnosed PTSD with emailing after traumatic email incidence.

I have been through an ordeal with the Lambeth mental health service since years and he was asked to meet with me.

In the meeting he sounded understanding, even asking me if anyone has ever apologised to me and also suggested that I as the client are probably best positioned to bring change in this system of the service.

Recently I requested my file under GDPR, and read that Ed Fellows made claims and right out lied about me.

He is with Maudsley King's College hospital since 20+ years and is an experienced mental health professional, yet lied in his notes and comments to the mental health team. Is is shocking and added to my mental traumas.

I don't even know what else to say except the shock of such dishonest comments by him.
