Great parking and very close to terminal so worth the bit extra imo

Edinburgh airport is not well organised except for charging customers for all but breathing.
Luggage delivery from aircraft to baggage hall is diabolical and 3rd world or worse speed. Add a further hour to your journey waiting for baggage. 11 flights though this airport and every single time baggage takes as long. One "lost" baggage.
No where to sit if folk are waiting for you either not good for Scotland.

Second time using the parking and it's brilliant

Great location and a seamless process.

Generally a good experience.
Easy to drop off car.
Staff were very friendly.
However......The signage and directions for Fast Park are terrible (this was confirmed and acknowledged by a member of staff!)
When we exited from the main arrivals door, we could not see any signs or directions to collect the car.
It was more just luck that we found the collection area - please sort this out !

Used the multi-storey.
Brilliant experience.
Instructions clear and directions easy to follow.
We were on fourth floor but there are lifts so not a problem with heavy luggage.
Definitely recommend.

I booked Terminal Surface Parking . Great car park for proximity to airport , but poorly sign posted for Terminal Surface parking , in fact I did not see any sign saying Terminal Surface parking . Fortunately it was day light and I worked out how to get in. NEED TO IMPROVE SIGNAGE. But great location to walk quickly to Terminal.

3rd visit so getting used to what to do. So easy and user friendly. Added fast track and quick access was great too. Really excellent and easy experience.

Far too expensive. Cars are cash cows for the airport.

I always use the multistorey carpark when flying from Edinburgh and always find the experience such as proximity to terminal, courtesy fasttrack security and egress a faultless experience. Would recommend.

Great parking experience and easy to use and depart after rubbish experience with passport control queues

It was way too expensive and I have seen how much profit is made in a year off people. Captured audience and taking advantage - that is ‘you’ - tarmac is not that expensive to maintain!

Great parking, drop your car leave the keys and go. Simple as that! Car is waiting for you when you come home. Walk across the road to the terminal.

I didn't want to wrtite this review, as the more people know about it the more chances the airport will put up their price.
I found the service, very wasy to use, fast, and convenient.

My ONLY issue, is that when you arrive and park up, you have to unload all your luggage at the drop off point and carry them to the airport. There are trolleys, but not until you get the near the entrance, so it was pointless. Having 2 young kids, we had 3 large suitcases, buggy, car seats and 4 hand luggage to carry/manouver by 2 adults. But, if you forward plan it and have a designated adult run ahead and grab a trolley, you will be fine.

Picking up the keys to the car and dropping off was also very simple. Just follow the instructions.

Such a convenient way to get a flight if you have to take your car. The priority security pass is a really handy bonus when you’re flying at a busy time.

Directions were very good. Parking spaces were a good size to be able to get in and out of. I was able to help my passenger into the terminal easily. All airport parking is expensive but this car park met my needs so the price didn’t bother me.

Good price and wasn't far walk from the airport

Easy to find with instructions provided and signage. I didn't have to wait long for the courtesy bus and we were quickly at the terminal.
On the way back, the bus was there when I got to the stop and it left almost immediately.
Price was very reasonable compared to parking nearer the terminal.

Fantastic

Easy and fast. This worked flawlessly and when we turned up and you don’t really know what you are doing as a first time user, there is heaps of information visible to read but they also have staff there (during the day at least) that made it painless. Oh my flight home was delayed and I arrived back to collect my car at 3.25am and I got the keys form the box easily but I missed the information on the screen for where my car was parked but on the key was a wee tag giving its location so it was no problem and once we had the luggage in the car we were off and out of the parking in minutes.. highly recommend and I will use again.
