Helpfull staff onsite should you need it, the rest is as advertised ie drop of car, keys and pick up both on arrival.

I could not fault the booking system, the service on site, drop-off and pick-up arrangements.

Long wait for bus from car park to terminal (which was being advertised as running every 12min) when did arrive took us to stop 2 in the car park and proceed to wait. The website appears to have been subequently changed to remove reference to the 12 min bus interval. Car park was clean and secure, but for the high price a more frequent bus service is needed.

Highly recommend FastPark at Edinburgh Airport. Clearly signposted & explained how to park in designated bay. On our return, process was very simple & our car was ready for us on arrival.

Don't follow sat nav to multi-storey as it takes you into the area for drop offs & costs £8.50 to drive thru!
Granted this was my mistake - but at 05:15 in the morning I was not quite 'with it!'
Also the signposts for the 'fast-track' were not clear, so ended up going down to entry hall for airport, and back up again - wasting more time.
Parking was safe and well lite tho.

Easy to find and no shortage of parking space.
Buses runs frequently.

Easy to park and walk to the terminal

The entrance is on a corner and could be missed if not careful. Checking in was easy with people to tell which lane to park in and somebody available to help if required at the key deposit. On return key was easily found and the car in the exact place the screen told us. Will use it again if required.

Found a space near the stop, bus was prompt, and driver friendly. What more could you ask for!

Easy to access, new car registration identification cameras worked very well on arrival and exit, very quick. Added security Fast-Track also worked with the bar code on the car park e-mail. All in all a very easy trip

Love using this car park. Only takes a few minutes to drop car and keys off and arrive at airport check in desk…helps limit the stress of travel

Whats not to like, book online turn up at airport, park up, book in key, and off on your holiday, staff are there to help if required and they are brilliant.
I paid to get my EV charged while away so had enough charge to get home
Would highly recommend for a fuss free parking experience

Easy to use, clear instructions, fantastic location

Parking at the airport is good however it is not how they explain it in their literature or the video that shows you what to do. If you are making an instruction video at least make sure it's accurate.

Camera didn't work and said number plate wasn't recognised as a booking, despite it putting my actual number plate on the ticket which matched the one I entered and was shown on my booking confirmation. Tried to charge me £280 at the end so had to faff about speaking to the operator on the intercom before being let out. Operator was grumpy as well.

Staff were very helpful. Also we had to cut our holiday short by a week and you were able to help us get the car out early
