I bought first time a Pulsar Gents Chrono at a very good price & got the last one. It was very well packed & with the right time & date which I liked. As the watch was perfect, I did not have to 'test' their customer after sales service which is not always that good judging by some of their reviews.

I had to write to thank you for my order which arrived today. It was perfectly packaged and you had even included the Katie Loxton bags - thank you!

I absolutely love this shop! No matter what occasion I am buying for, I always manage to find something. It’s my first go to shop every time.
The ladies are fab and always willing to help me decide between gifts, they know me quite well now.
If I’m out shopping I’ll always pop in and end up with a bargain too, original gifts aswell.

Received a necklace with a chain that was knotted that neither myself nor the wife could sort. I returned for a refund. They refused to refund the return postage as this was “not a fault” (so by implication it could be worn knotted?) and they managed to untangle “with ease”. I am presumably not as experienced or dexterous as they are.

How do it put it? Quite simply DO NOT USE!!!!!!

If you have an issue with your order, don't bother emailing them as they will respond to your email but ignore the issue.

One of my favourite shops!! Full of beautiful jewellery, fabulous gift ideas, lovely greetings cards, little keepsakes - there is something for every occasion. Great service too - watch and jewellery repairs done very quickly. Friendly and helpful staff - go and visit, you won’t be disappointed!

Wow mega fast delivery ordered on the 27th December arrived on the 31st December arrived so quick even though its inbetween Christmas & new year. Will shop with you again in the future. I bought a scarf, which arrived very quickly and is absolutely lovely! The price of the scarf was very competitive compared to other places, and delivery was free. I'm very pleased with this retailer and would happily use them again.

Should have sent a review in sooner but seeing as I bought a pocket watch off this firm last Christmas I thought I'd save it up as an anniversary tribute. They are the worst online retailers I've ever done business with. The watch stopped working after a week, I then had to send 2 emails before I got a reply, they claimed they never got the first email. Eventually sent the watch back only after having to haggle for the correct sellers I.D. code that DHL use for return post.

Eventually got a replacement watch that wouldn't start. So back to square one had to contact them again emails don't seem to go down well so I rang the second time after returning the watch. I got through to 2 online reps on 2 occasions who didn't seem to know what was going on. One promised me a refund didn't hear anything for a nearly a week, rang back got put through to another rep who told me another replacement watch was been arranged. Told them I definitely didn't want another replacement of the same watch and that the previous rep who I named had promised a refund. Well I got a refund alright, no apologies were forthcoming though and on the whole my experience of this firm is that they are pig ignorant with the PR skills of Ebenezer Scrooge. Do business with them at your peril

Needed battery for watch. Got one instantly fitted, and for less than timpsons, by more than half!

Bought a watch from them, it turned out it was not working. I went ahead and returned the item as faulty as it did not work. It turned out the battery went dead (what I have been told)- I think the watch was used as display watch (again cannot guarantee)
Although the amount for postage was not big; their attitude when I asked for a refund for postage was a straight refusal- all-being the watch should have worked from the beginning.
I am still waiting for the watch.

Edmonds Jewellers sent me an faulty watch and will not respond to my email about repair under their International Guarantee. They claim the watch was inspected on 5/4/18, but it should immediately have been obvious that the watch was ticking too fast and gaining time.

The watch is beautiful - but don't purchase from here if you don't live in the UK. They appear not to care about international customers, despite the fact that I have purchased from them before.

I will fight for my right for repair or replacement, but I should not have to. Edmonds should have responded after my first communication (a week ago).

Excellent service. Ordered on Sunday and paid for royal mail 48 and was here within 24 hours. Product is what I expected. Fab service.

Rubbish, ordered item on Friday 3.27pm paying £5.99 for 'Guaranteed next day 1pm delivery' and didn’t receive until Tuesday. Edmonds claim I should have ordered before 3pm which is not clear and will not refund. I could maybe understand if it had come Monday however their website should say 'next working day' not next day. If you need to read a websites T&C's then they are not worth buying from. The customer is always right unless you buy from Edmonds.
