I’ve just experienced the best ever customer service from Edmondsons! We were moving a wardrobe previously bought from them from my son’s house to our house but the removal company left at the bottom of our stairs as they said it wouldn’t fit around the bend in the stairs. So on contacting them to see if I could pay a fitter/driver to help, they actually volunteered to come after work and do it themselves, so it could be sorted sooner rather than later. The actual owner came with a member of staff & his expertise in moving it and also putting it back together was amazing.
My advice to anyone reading this review, if you’re thinking of buying furniture you will not receive better customer service anywhere else. A family company that cares about its customers - you can’t get better than this! A massive thank you for going that extra mile at a very busy time of year.

We have been shopping for furniture for a number of months and visited many of the mainstream chain outlets, however we decided to visit a local independent furniture shop.
What differed at Edmundson was that unlike the mainstream outlets they were not pushy and gave us plenty of time and space to browse the store.
We ended purchasing a dining table set and unfortunately encountered a small issue, Paul did not hesitate to resolve the issue to our satisfaction and provided exemplary after care service.
I would not hesitate to buy from Paul and Edmundsons in the future.

Being a well established and long running family business, we felt it right to chose them for buying our new suite. The service was both professional and polite and helpful, and in no time we had our new chairs and settee ordered and ready for delivery. Can’t recommend enough.
