Thank you for your response, and we’re truly sorry to hear that the situation has caused frustration — we completely understand how disappointing it is when a purchase doesn’t meet expectations.
We want to be fully transparent and do our best to support you. Since all our products are shipped from our supplier in China, returns must also be sent back there. Unfortunately, this process is often quite expensive (usually around €30), time-consuming, and involves additional customs paperwork. To add to that, refunds for returned items can only be processed once the item has been received and checked, which can take several weeks.
We understand that this isn’t ideal. That’s why we try to offer more customer-friendly alternatives whenever possible.

The products received are garbage. Your offer is insulting. The shirts weren't even tried on as the material and workmanship were a joke.
The items wouldn't even qualify as suitable rags for clean ups.
I am not interested in your offer. If the cost is not reimburse I will submit your response within a review of your company.
