They are in contact quickly with helpful advice, also they offer recommended work for my child that's suitable for them. They are easy to understand information and help when I'm unsure of what or how to do something.

An Excellent Education Platform that we use to support our daughter’s education with a focus on maths, the sciences and English. Three small bugbear; there is an English exercise that my daughter did that requires manual marking and still hasn’t been marked weeks after completing. If you answer a maths question e.g. 59.0 rather than 59, the platform will mark that as wrong ?! Finally some of the exercises could and would benefit from supplementary moving image content, at the moment this is not the case for all exercise. That said, still much used and much appreciated learning platform.

This app has made me feel so supported especially with the teacher feedback on all of the questions and amount of sessions available is great. Very grateful for this as I know without this, it would be so difficult to make sure I'm covering everything I need to. I only hope the price doesn't go up as it's just affordable for my family's circumstances, although, I wouldn't dispute it's at a fair price now for what we get.

Absolutely love this site for my child easy to use and keeps track of everything so glad I found it would recommend to anyone

My child finds a lot of the questions hard to understand even after trying them several times. The activities that are supposed to be automatically assigned aren't and the "help desk" is less than helpful. Difficult to navigate and to find the right work to assign. Using the website is hugely stressful and my child hates it too. I've paid for a year so will continue to try to use it but it is definitely a case of you get what you pay for. It's cheap for a reason.

The site is really helpful as I have recently started homeschooling my 13 year old. I use the site for maths. There are also assessments which are helpful as this will then give me recommendations for my child. I think the site is great value for money as all math topics are covered, aswell as English and science.

UPDATE:
After escalating my complaint edplace have agreed to refund the three months unused subscription. My account at edplace has been closed on their request.
Other than my negative experience with their customer services department the website was very fun and easy to use and my son loved it.
——-
I was signed up for the £15 a month subscription but didn't use the platform from January 2023 and forgot to cancel it. Edplace do not send email reminders that the direct debit will be taken each month. I realised my error when checking my bank statement. I had been charged £45 for three months subscription even though their was no activity on the account and I hadn't logged in.
As has become an industry standard lead by other subscription services i.e MUBI, kindle, amazon prime I was not offered a refund for the unused months. I was offered one month credit.

Awesome app, even my homeschooled 11 year old would call it awesome.
Amazingly, this did keep him aligned in his 4 months out of school and he did return in line with everyone else.
Cannot stress enough how much we needed something like EdPlace and how much it delivered.
Thanks so much… again!

Ed Place provides my child with the learning she was not receiving at school. It allows my child to do work that is fit for her age and ability and explains the work in full detail. I also love the fact that it is automatically marked for me and I can review her weeks work and see what she is struggling with and might need to have further help with.
