One star is way to much
The backyard rain water sewage improvised for kitchen sink water collection at this rented house is clogged without chance to unclogg it but my wife still fight hard every day to unclogg it but waste water still goes in my neighbour's yard. A woman I spoke on phone from agency was bubbling something about children pampers (it is definitely not the case here) and cost of service but never sending a specialized team to solve this extreme issue. I paid a train of money in 5-6 years but I asked help 3 times with absolutely no result. They can't spend for tenants £10 to have fully functional)facilities only happy to charge tens of thousands £££.
A rented house must be fully functional as we PAY for it each £.
FULLY FUNCTIONAL HEY! They don't respect this. It passed a month since I called the agency .Will follow a complain at Council as I am sick to see my wife working every day for this agency when paying it and the agency do absolutely nothing. I have a word for it but can't use here.Few years ago called them lots of times,let messages for several month for same problem. Finally, neighbour's friend worked hard to unclogg...Agency...dead.

Me and my partner arranged a viewing for 2 properties. Ark avenue and Welling Road in Grays.

We viewed ark avenue at 10:20 and welling road at 12:00. discussed with JACOB straight away the process to put offers in. He gave us his email address Jacob@edwardclark express interest.

At 12:13pm I straight away emailed whilst even the second person was still being show around the property as we were the first. And miraculously on Monday first thing. Jacob
called to tell me. 3/4 people have put an offer in and would not let me put an offer in. I asked why and he said ark avenue I will more likely get - bathroom ceiling is literally falling apart.

Welling road, Orsett Grays and Ark avenue, grays are in two different areas, I’ll leave you to picture area standard.

It was quite shocking that they refuse to even allow us to put in an offer for welling road. As the only black couple that viewed the property. It’s not a surprised they refused to even put our offer infront of the landlord. I’m a doctor and even happy to offer 6 months rent up front.

The racial profiling is disgusting, and JACOB not being able to give a viable reason as to why we can’t put an offer into the welling road property but only the property in a deprived area then passed me to his colleague who changed the story saying someone called first thing in the morning Monday clearly 3 days after I emailed even if it was a first come first serve as Jacob stated, a blatant racial issue

Racist agency, lies and very much gaslighting.

I have attached screenshot and happy to show evidence of my interaction with them if necessary as I can see here they lie a lot in replies that they have no dealing with people when they give an honest review

One of the best house agency in the area, quick viewing, excellent communication, no problems at all, always on time. Recommended.

I have contacted this agency many times to let a property and when we had the first appointment the agent told us we have to pay one week deposit for holding the property and if we don't pass the financcial verification we lose that deposit holding....so good luck

Worst agency ever, avoid those th***'s and don't be fooled. They are doing checks for several families on same time and take your deposit without any explanation. Don't trust them, you will see from communication with them that you will get only some really poor answers or just what they want you to know etc... Disappointing

I had a terrible and bruising experience with this company. I found them to be unprofessional and unresponsive. They regularly failed to return voicemails or reply to e mails. Promises were made about a level of service they would provide which did not materialise.
I will never have dealings with this company again.

My partner and I organised a viewing for a one bedroom flat with these guys and were told by the agent to meet them at the front of the complex at 14:00.

We were outside the complex at 13:55 expecting the agent to be there already and she wasn't, we were still waiting outside at 14:10. Phoned the office twice to no avail, either they were just not answering, or someone was picking the phone up and putting it back down instantly. My partner and I were just about to talk away when a builder came to the door and said "you here for a viewing if you are she's out the back". Why tell us to meet at the front of the complex if you're going to be waiting round the back?

We walked into the flat and all we was given was a hello. No how are you, where would you like to start, this is living room etc. The only thing the agent said to us was "have a look round". She was more interested in talking to the builders about what she was doing that night. Wasn't given any information whatsoever, whenever I or my partner asked a question the agent was unable to answer, how is this acceptable?

Was probably in the flat for 10 minutes and the agent said hardly anything. We wrapped things up and did say we were interested and the agent then told us she'd phone us back the following day. No phone call came through, I even phoned the office to chase it up and was unable to get through.

She's clearly doing a good job on managing to get the property rented as its still on the market.

This company wouldn't even talk to me because I don't have a full time job!
I was looking for a one bed flat & found one I liked which they were selling - I called to arrange a viewing but they didn't even give me the time of day when they asked if I had a full time job & I replied no. Even when I said I had the deposit money right now & a guarantor they just said they don't deal with people not in a full time job! Why is my money different from anyone elses? Its just outright snobbery & discrimination.

Unless you have the perfect full time job of the upper classes I would avoid this company & take your well earned money elsewhere!
