We just wanted to write to you to comment on how excellent Michael and Dennis were during our move last week.
They were professional, so careful and thoroughly helpful. We really appreciated everything they did for us.

Richard and his team were fantastic during our (very last minute move) last week. Nothing was too much and the guys were nothing but professional, hard working, courteous and lovely to have around in what should have been a stressful experience! Thank you - will recommend to all.

Having moved a few times, the difference with Clockwork is that they cared about making us happy with what otherwise is a stressful process. Yes there were hiccups and few issues but that is inevitable - the crew were very good and worked hard with no breakages!

The team were highly professional, punctual and efficient, whilst also being friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend them to anyone moving house.

Edwards Removals were recommended to us. When we received the quote, at first, the overall cost was a little overwhelming. However, we removed some of the optional extras and chose van hire with a team of three. The on-the-day team were helpful, polite, punctual and turned things around quickly, without rushing. We felt confident we were in good hands. We have now used for two of our moves and pleased both times. Thank you in particular to Michael Jacks.

Opted for Clockwork / Edwards following recommendation from a friend. We had some cheaper quotes elsewhere but I am glad we went for this service as we were provided with two vans and four great movers - and we ended up needing the extra manpower! Unfortunately our lift had broken down the morning of the move, but the team and foreman took it in their stride, came up with a plan to move things in stages down the stairs, and just got on with it. They did a great job of reassembling furniture at the other end. Courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks again to the team.

Edwards picked up my job from another local removal firm because Edwards had just bought out the business. My belongs had been in storage for nearly 3 months before they could be delivered and I must say that I expected some problems but on the day it was plain sailing and the Edwards team could not have been more helpful - of course, I did know where the kettle and teabags were!
I would happily use Edwards again although I'm not planning on moving in the near future.

I received a call back within a day of requesting a quote - Ryan was very helpful and efficient in providing advice and then my quote. The removal team packed up my entire property - very carefully but quickly, stored for 2 months and then delivered back smoothly. Every member of the team was lovely.

Amazing company. Packing and moving are stressful but the Team kept everything under control. Ryan gave a detailed quote and schedule and reassured us about the care that would be taken. Craig arrived the first day to make a plan for the move and start the packing. He kept the plan going and was the guiding force for us as well as his team. I've already recommended you to others.

Managed to fit us in short notice. The removal men were great; they came armed with everything we needed & loaded the lorry very efficiently. None of our odd requests were too much trouble. Met them next day at destination 200 miles away & with the same efficiency they offloaded into storage.

Outstanding service from the four guys that packed up our flat and moved us. We have a large number of small children which meant that Edwards did all the packing on the morning of our move.

The service was quick, all items were expertly dismantled and packed and we were given constant updates in terms of timings and where we were in the process.

The professionalism the team displayed meant we travelled full of confidence that all our precious items were going to arrive safely.

Once we arrived, the team got straight to work putting all the major furniture items back together, from children's beds to sofas, everything was put back to allow us to enjoy our new home as quickly as possible.

Travelling with a young family can be very stressful and Edwards made sure that everything ran smoothly, and everything was done to budget too!

Exchanged at the last minute and Edwards really came to the rescue as I foolishly hadn’t sorted out a removals company. Called them on a Monday and by Friday I had already been moved into my new home. Their surveyor kindly slotted me in for a quote very quickly, my move manager talked me through the process and put my mind at ease. The men who came to move me were efficient and professional. They were so helpful, they even helped my sellers removals men move out a heavy table before we moved in. Couldn’t be more grateful for the top service!
