EE renewables installed solar panels for us via the local govt. Solar Together scheme. First class service, from survey to installation. Very happy with everything and how the system. Works. I recommend them highly.

Excellent communications, prompt arrangement of appointment. Engineer (Nathan) was very professional, explained what he was doing and how to use the system. His installation work was thorough, neat and tidy. As an engineer myself, I consider the installation to be safe and workmanship of a high order. Nathan left a clean and tidy work area, and did not allow the advancing time to interfere with his high work standards. Post-installation documentation was sent through promptly, and likewise the invoice! Overall, an experience I would not hesitate to repeat.

After a problem with my PV solar system Doug, from EERenewables, came to investigate. Immediately identified the problem and installed a new inverter. He'd traveled across London and arrived on time, and he was a pleasure to deal with. Big thanks; it's not often that we receive such excellent customer service these days.

Great service and really easy to deal with from start to finish. Willing to take time to explain complex items. From the initial call through to installation nothing was too much hassle and there was no pressure calling. Really impressed by the whole team involved.

This company is soooo easy deal with. Excellent communication with Beth in the office, everything happened when it should (very out of the ordinary these days!). Then on property, Bobby, Dave & Tom were superb. Extremely efficient, extremely polite and all really informative through the process. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Don’t know what I was worried about!

Doug worked quickly and efficiently, he went above and beyond and cleared the gutters.
Also took the time to explain how to maximise the solar power energy.

We were having problems with birds under the solar panels causing damage to the cables and also mess on the patio. Today Doug came and fitted netting around the panels. He was extremely efficient and very helpful. I would certainly recommend him for any work required - thank you

After doing an initial safety check, Doug got straight on with the job of removing our solar panels ready for our roof repairs. He worked quickly and efficiently, but also took time to explain everything. He was very careful and considerate during the whole process and he did a great job. Thanks Doug!

Great customer communication!

EE Renewables installed battery back-up for my solar system as part of the Solar Together South East Wales scheme. I was really impressed by the installation engineer who arrived before 8:00 am having driven to Monmouthshire from Worthing!

The engineer was friendly and efficient. The installation went well until commissioning of the finished install: for whatever reason the inverter wouldn't talk to the engineer's iPhone... it worked fine when we tried it with my old Android phone!

The system is up and running and it's all working perfectly: I'm a very happy bunny. :)

We had our solar battery fitted by EE Renewables and they were so good that I asked them if they could move my solar array along the roof as we were having a roof window fitted and connect it to the new inverter as out old one was starting to play up. Correspondance was good and the price was very competative. Doug the technician arrived and moved our array ensuring that it was in the correct position. Doug also removed all the redundant wiring and equipment which tidied up the area where the battery is. I also got EE Renewables to fit anti-bird netting around the array to prevent birds nesting under the array which again, Doug left a very neat job.
Throughout this process I was emailing Maria who was always quick to respond and kept me up to date with everything including the scaffolding team arranging for removal of the scaffolding as soon as possible after completion of the works.

EE renewables fitted solar panel (PV) to my house earlier this year. The whole experience was seamless, everyone arrived when arranged, we're courteous and professional. Really pleased with my panels and have seen my electricity bills drop significantly during all this sunny weather. Would have no hesitation recommending EE or using them again
