The first time with epharma I bought…

The first time with epharma I bought too many bulky packages of a product and I didn't have where to put them so I told them in advance to remove 3 but it was too late. So I returned 3 of them to the person who delivered them, hoping they would credit them to my account. But they didn't in spite of me phoning and writing many times. Finally they told me the sum would be deducted from my next order. The next order was last week and for a considerable sum of money as they had sent me a coupon for a 5% discount. I quoted the coupon at the top of my order but it was not applied. The purported credit was not applied. Claiming from them is a waste of time, there is no service for that. So, the economy that one makes is erased by their bad service or bad faith. Is it worth it?

Where is my order???????

They promise delivery within 1-2 business days for items in stock.

I ordered product that is in stock, and it has been 3 days and my order is still in queue and has not shipped yet.

Unreliable.

Purchase never sent (stock not checked).

It`s been 4 days since my purchase was made, and no tracking email has been yet sent. It`s nonsense that a purchase made within the Netherlands should take so many days to be sent. The website says that the product will be shipped the next day (if in stock). What do they mean if it`s in stock? They make a product available for purchasing, without even checking the stock, inducing the consumer to make a mistake and wait indefinitely until the stock is replenished. Honestly, this company is falling short every day.

Good pharmacy

There was a minor trouble that my prescription was rejected once by misunderstanding, but other than that everything went smoothly. I received my medication within a week.

AVOID

The products that are marked available are NOT available so you have to wait and wait and wait (will they ever be sent?) and no one picks up the phone (trying 2nd days).

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. The customer service was worse than terrible.
The item arrived unusable. The Manageress at Epharma told me to ring the company of the item. She didn’t know the name or number. I called them , of course they told me Epharma needs to deal with the problem.
Rang Epharma again, she told me to send photo. After 3 days I rang again.The same “manageress “ told me to ring another number. That number was not working. I rang Epharma again , she said she would get another number even though I asked her for them to call me.
I rang the new number and they told me to bring the item to Rishon Le Zion for repair!
I rang back to Epharma to ask if this was some sort of joke? Please just return the money so I can go somewhere else to buy this item.
She says I have to wait until it has been collected and call again for refund.
So many phone calls and waste of my time!!!

It is unfortunate that you are experiencing it this way. With prescription drugs, a doctor's prescription is always required. Therefore, the processing time is sometimes a little longer because we have to wait for a green light. You will be notified of the progress. This is no different in your case.

Cheaper and fast delivery

I just received my order from Efarma. Perfect experience!! Although there are lots of negative reviews there I decide to order to experiece it myself. Result Cheaper and delivered in 2 days. So I added it to my favs list.

Very poor experience

I have been a loyal Customer of eFarma to purchase medicins online and get them sent to Danmark, where I live. But NOW I must note, that ordering from eFarma has become a nightmare, with payed orders disappearing after one has paid! Such a disappointment!

It's okay but will not buy again

The price is reasonable but the delivery service is not appreciated. You might have to wait for their responds, it is late at night and the company don't delivery during daytime.

Still haven’t received (part) of the order even after two months

Ordered 3x Avene face wash at the end of November. They sent one and the other two never arrived. The website did not indicate at the time of order that these were not in stock. They says at the end of December that the rest would ship out in mid-Jan. It’s almost February now. Hope they will at least return the money for products they did not send. Will not purchase from this store again.

Update: the store cancelled the remaining order. They however charged shipping costs for the first one they sent. First and last purchase from this store.

Scam , don't buy

Scam , don't buy . They let you order and pay and then they send an email that you need a prescription. If you claim your money back they say they keep 5 euro for administration costs . What a scam . Don't buy

Ridiculous

I ordered something, that was out of stock, so I did not pay for it. After that, they sent the money for it to me, by mistake. I sent it back. After a month, a collection company claimed this money on me. Of course I proved, that I sent the money back, the money, that was mistakenly sent to my by eFarma. I received 2 more mails, threatening with a fine, because eFarma did not tell the collection company, that i don`t owe money. Actually I was the good guy, that I immediately sent the money back. And now I have to deal with it, because impotent klantenservice at eFarma could not do it.
